The exact blend shifts with the season and with what is freshest in our studio, but pastel arrangements often feature varieties such as lisianthus, spray roses, alstroemeria, carnations and gypsophila, chosen for their delicate shades.
Every bouquet is tied by hand by our own florists and arrives ready for the vase. If you would like help matching a bouquet to a particular shade or recipient, our team is available around the clock by phone, WhatsApp or chat.

The price on each product page reflects the size shown — photographs usually picture the Medium option — and many bouquets come in more than one size, so you can scale up or down. Custom rose arrangements are priced separately, from £29.90 for 20 stems up to £69.90 for 100.

Yes, same-day delivery is available on many orders, and the exact options appear at checkout once you enter the recipient's postcode.
In London we deliver with our own drivers and couriers in three-hour time slots across the day and evening. Outside London we use Royal Mail Tracked and other trusted UK couriers; same-day delivery there requires an order before 15:00 and is not offered on Sundays.
We deliver 365 days a year, weekends and holidays included. As availability depends on the address and the time you order, the final cut-off and slot are confirmed before payment.
Yes, we deliver to most areas across the UK. The one exception is Northern Ireland, which we do not currently cover.
Delivery options are matched automatically to the recipient's postcode at checkout, so you see exactly what is available for that address. For deliveries outside London, more than 90% of orders arrive on the chosen date, and any delay is usually no longer than a day.
You can also place an order from anywhere in the world for delivery within the UK, which makes it simple to send pastel flowers while you are travelling or living abroad.
Delivery cost depends on the recipient's location, how quickly you need the flowers and the method used, and the final figure is shown at checkout.
In London, standard same-day delivery starts from £8 and an urgent nearest slot is £15. Outside London, same-day delivery (ordered before 15:00) and next-day delivery are £5 each. Some bouquets also carry free shipping, which is applied at checkout where it is available.

With proper care, the flowers usually last up to 12 days, and every order is backed by our 7-day freshness guarantee.
Care instructions come with each bouquet: trim the stems, use fresh water and keep the blooms out of direct heat and sunlight. Delicate pastel varieties such as lisianthus and spray roses respond particularly well to this.
If something is not right within the guarantee period, contact us with your order reference and a clear photo. We review claims within five business days and will make it right with a replacement or another suitable remedy.

The easiest route is to choose the design closest to what you want and add a note, or speak to our team to talk it through. As we work with fresh, seasonal stock, a specific variety is not always available; if that happens we may substitute a flower of equivalent value and quality, agreed with you where we can.
You will also receive a photo of the finished bouquet before it is dispatched, so there is a chance to ask for changes if anything is not quite as you pictured.
Before each order is dispatched, we send you a photo of the actual bouquet, so you can check that it matches what you chose.
You can ask us to make adjustments at that point. Sizes on the site are given in centimetres and reflect the real bouquets, so what you select closely matches what arrives.
Once you are happy, we dispatch the order, and you can follow its progress in real time and receive a confirmation as soon as it is delivered.
Yes. During checkout you can add a personalised greeting card along with gifts such as chocolates, a hamper, a candle, balloons or a soft toy.
One thing worth knowing: all orders are anonymous by default, so the recipient will not know who sent the flowers unless you add your name to the card message. The card is the only place your name appears.

Yes, we offer letterbox bouquets, a more compact format designed to fit through a standard letterbox.
These are sent by post, which helps when you are not certain the recipient will be home, as no one needs to take delivery in person. Hand-tied bouquets, by contrast, are delivered to the door and arrive ready for the vase.
Availability varies by design, so look for the letterbox label on the product, or ask our team which pastel options can be sent this way.
Yes, you can set up a flower subscription and receive fresh blooms every 14 days or monthly, with delivery always free.
Pick your size, from Small at £25 up to Extra Large at £59, and a style; the Seasonal and Classic Mix options work well if you favour soft, pastel tones. You manage everything from your account or the app — pause, skip, reschedule, change the size, style or address, or cancel.
Changes should be made at least four business days before a delivery, with a longer window during peak periods such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day. Let us know your preferences and we will set up the schedule with you.
