We deliver to most areas across the UK; the one exception is Northern Ireland, which we don't currently cover. Available options appear automatically based on the recipient's postcode at checkout.

Charges depend on location and speed. In London, standard same-day delivery is £8 and an urgent slot is £15. Outside London, same-day (ordered before 15:00, excluding Sundays) and next-day delivery are each £5. Some bouquets are also marked with free shipping on the product itself.

We also offer letterbox flowers: a more compact format that fits through a standard letterbox, which is handy when the recipient may be out over the holidays. If you'd prefer roses, our custom rose bouquets let you set the number of stems, the colour and the size.

Every bouquet is assembled in-house by our own florists rather than sourced from third parties, so the style stays consistent with what you see on the page.

Most bouquets sit roughly between £25.90 and £60.90, with our under-£30 designs at the affordable end and larger signature arrangements towards the top. Custom rose bouquets are priced by stem count, from around £29.90 for 20 roses up to about £69.90 for 100.

The exact price for each design is shown on its product page, and all prices include VAT. Adding extras such as chocolates or a greeting card adjusts the total accordingly.

Yes. Before we send your order, we photograph the actual bouquet our florists have made and share it with you, so you can see exactly what's going out.

If something isn't quite right, you can ask us to adjust it before it leaves us. The photos on our site reflect real sizes, measured in centimetres, with Medium usually shown as standard, so what arrives closely matches what you ordered.

If a particular flower is ever unavailable, we may substitute an item of equivalent value and quality, and where possible we'll agree the change with you first.

You choose the bouquet, enter the UK delivery address and pick the date, exactly as a local customer would. Which cards appear may vary with your region and card issuer.

Delivery options are still set by the UK recipient's postcode, so you'll see the dates and slots available for their address before you pay.

You can cancel a fresh-flower order within 30 minutes of payment for a full refund. After that, cancellation may not be possible, as our florists may already have begun preparing your bouquet.

To change delivery details such as the date or address, contact our support team as early as you can — the sooner you reach us, the better the chance we can update the order before it's prepared and dispatched.

We're available 24/7 by phone, WhatsApp or email, which helps when plans shift in the busy days around Christmas.

If the recipient isn't in, the bouquet can be held at our depot for up to 24 hours, and we can arrange redelivery for £15. As the order itself was completed correctly, a refund isn't usually due in this situation.

Because households are often away or busy over Christmas, letterbox flowers are a reliable choice — they fit through a standard letterbox without anyone needing to be home. For larger hand-tied bouquets, it helps to send to an address where someone will be in, or to add delivery notes.

If a delivery fails on our side, contact us within 30 days with your order reference and photos. We review claims within 5 business days and can offer a replacement or refund where due.
