Prices in our hand-tied range typically start at around £25.90–£29.90 and rise to roughly £60.90 for some signature designs, with custom rose bouquets priced higher. The figure depends on the size you choose, the flowers used and the format.

Every price on a product page is shown inclusive of VAT, so nothing is added later for tax. Delivery may be charged separately, depending on the destination and how quickly you need it, and that is calculated at checkout.

We deliver to most areas across the UK, every day of the year including weekends and bank holidays. Northern Ireland is the one region we don't currently cover.

In London we deliver hand-to-hand through our own drivers and couriers, with same-day three-hour slots running through the day and into the evening. Outside London we use Royal Mail Tracked and other trusted couriers, with same-day delivery available when you order before 15:00 (not on Sundays) and next-day as standard.

Available dates and slots are set by the recipient's postcode, so the precise options appear once you enter it at checkout.

It depends on where the flowers are going and how quickly you need them. In London, standard same-day delivery is from £8, while an urgent slot in the next available window is £15. Outside London, both same-day (ordered before 15:00) and next-day delivery are £5.

Many bouquets are also offered with free shipping, which you'll see marked on the product itself, and delivery on our flower subscription is always free.

The available options and final cost are confirmed at checkout once the delivery postcode is entered, so you'll see the exact charge before you pay.

Yes — the design shown on the site is the look we recreate, and to remove any doubt we send you a photo of your actual bouquet before it leaves us. If anything isn't quite right, you can ask us to adjust it before dispatch.

The photographs reflect real proportions, with sizes given in centimetres, and the image usually shows the Medium size by default. Choosing a larger size means more stems and a fuller arrangement.

That approval step exists so the recipient receives a bouquet that matches what you chose.

With proper care, our flowers usually last up to 12 days, and we include care instructions with every order. Fresh water, a clean vase, a cool spot away from direct sun and ripening fruit, and a regular trim of the stems all help.

We also stand behind their freshness: if they don't last seven days, we'll make it right. Should anything be wrong on arrival, contact us within 30 days with a clear photo and your order reference. We review each claim within five business days and agree the best resolution, whether that's a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

If a particular flower can't be sourced on the day, we may substitute it with one of equivalent value and quality, keeping the green palette and overall feel of the design intact. Where it's practical, we'll agree the substitute with you first.

The photo we send before dispatch is your safeguard here: you see the finished bouquet first, so you know exactly what's arriving. If a substitution isn't what you'd hoped for, you can ask us to change it before it goes out.

By default, every order is anonymous. The recipient won't see your name unless you add it to the card message, so do include it there if you'd like them to know who the flowers are from.

Our website and payment system handle international orders, so you can pay from any country and have green flowers delivered to a recipient in the UK, with the usual exception of Northern Ireland.
