In most parts of the UK, we offer same-day flower delivery.

Available delivery options depend on the delivery location and order time, and are always shown clearly at checkout. In London and many major UK cities, same-day delivery is available when you order today.

If you need help, you’re welcome to contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email — our team will happily assist you with choosing a bouquet, placing the order, and arranging delivery.

What delivery areas do you cover?

We deliver to most areas across the UK, and same-day delivery is available in many locations.


At the moment, delivery is not available to Northern Ireland. All delivery options are shown automatically during checkout once you enter the delivery postcode!

Can I place an order if I don’t
know the recipient’s address?

Yes, you can.


Simply contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email, and provide the recipient’s contact details. We’ll reach out to them directly to confirm the delivery address, arrange the delivery, and complete your order.

How long will the flowers last?

With proper care, our flowers typically last from 7 days up to 2 weeks.


We carefully select fresh, high-quality flowers and include care instructions with every order to help your bouquet stay fresh for as long as possible.

Can I add a gift card with a personal message?

Yes.


When placing your order on our website, you’ll be offered the option to add a greeting card and write your personal message, which we’ll include with the bouquet!

Can I place an anonymous order?

Yes — all orders are anonymous by default.


The recipient will only see your name if you choose to include it in the greeting card message.

Can I order flowers for UK delivery
from abroad?

Yes.


You can place an order from anywhere in the world for delivery anywhere in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Our website and payment system are fully international.

Are bouquets delivered by courier
or by post?

The delivery method depends on the delivery location and selected date.


We use the most suitable option available — either hand-delivery or postal delivery — and all details are clearly shown during checkout.
