Yes. Once our florists have made up your bouquet, we send you a photo so you can see the actual flowers and arrangement before it leaves us. If something isn't quite right, you can ask us to adjust it.

Yes. Alongside our ready-made designs, you can build a custom rose bouquet and choose 20, 30, 50 or 100 stems, with prices from £29.90 for 20 up to £69.90 for 100.
You also choose the colour — red, white, pink, hot pink or a mix — and the finishing size: Compact, Classic or Grand. A 100-stem Grand arrangement creates a striking centrepiece for milestone occasions.

Yes. At checkout you can add a greeting card with your own message, along with extras like chocolates, hampers, candles, soft toys or balloons to round off the gift.
By default, every order is anonymous — the recipient won't know who sent it unless you add your name to the card message, so do include it if you'd like them to know.
Just choose your add-ons before you pay, and we'll include them with the delivery.
If we can't complete a hand-to-hand delivery because the recipient is out, the bouquet can be held at our depot for 24 hours, and a redelivery can then be arranged for £15.
To avoid a missed delivery, it helps to give a daytime address, such as a workplace, or a contact number for the recipient. For orders sent across the UK by Royal Mail, timed delivery and proof-of-delivery notifications can't be guaranteed.
