A wedding bouquet is far more than a beautiful accessory—it is a deeply personal statement that reflects the bride's style, the ceremony's tone, and the love story being celebrated. The perfect wedding flowers set the emotional atmosphere from the moment guests arrive, weaving colour, fragrance, and texture into every aspect of the day.
For the bride, the bouquet becomes a cherished focal point, complementing her gown and expressing her personality. Bridesmaids' posies echo the theme whilst allowing each attendant her own moment of elegance. Table centrepieces transform the reception venue, buttonholes unite the wedding party, and flower-girl baskets add an enchanting touch of innocence.
Beyond aesthetics, wedding flowers carry symbolic weight. Traditional choices such as roses speak of enduring love, peonies suggest prosperity and a happy marriage, and lily of the valley has long been associated with purity. Modern couples often blend these time-honoured blooms with seasonal stems or foliage that holds personal meaning—perhaps a flower from the place they first met or a variety that reminds them of a grandparent's garden.
The finest wedding bouquets balance visual impact with practicality: blooms that photograph beautifully, hold their shape throughout a long day, and release a gentle fragrance without overwhelming. At MyFlowers, our florists consider each of these elements, ensuring your wedding flowers feel authentic, effortlessly stylish, and entirely yours.

Timing is everything when it comes to wedding floristry. Ideally, begin conversations with your florist three to six months before the ceremony. This window allows ample opportunity to discuss seasonal availability, experiment with colour palettes, and finalise designs without pressure.
For peak wedding season—typically late spring through early autumn—booking even earlier is wise. Popular weekends in May, June, July, and August fill quickly, and securing your preferred florist well in advance guarantees their undivided attention on your day.
Couples marrying around major holidays such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day should note that flower demand surges dramatically during these periods, affecting both availability and pricing. If your ceremony falls near these dates, placing your order at least four months ahead helps avoid disappointment.
Last-minute weddings or elopements need not sacrifice quality. Our same-day and next-day services can accommodate urgent requests, though the selection may be more limited than with advance planning. If circumstances demand a rapid turnaround, contact us immediately so we can discuss which blooms are available and how best to realise your vision within the timeframe.
Regardless of lead time, a final confirmation call roughly a fortnight before the wedding ensures every detail—delivery address, set-up time, specific stem counts—is precisely correct. That final check offers peace of mind, letting you focus on what truly matters: celebrating your marriage.

Colour sets the emotional tone of a wedding, guiding guests' impressions before a single vow is spoken. Classic white and ivory palettes remain perennially elegant, evoking purity and timeless romance. Soft blush and champagne tones introduce warmth without overpowering, suiting both contemporary and vintage aesthetics.
For couples seeking drama, deep burgundy, plum, or navy blooms create striking contrasts against white gowns and crisp table linen. These richer shades work particularly well in autumn and winter ceremonies, harmonising with the season's natural palette.
Spring and summer weddings often embrace pastels—lavender, peach, pale coral, and mint—reflecting the lightness of the season. Wildflower-inspired arrangements, featuring meadow blooms and loose, organic shapes, lend a relaxed, countryside charm ideal for outdoor celebrations.
Consider your venue when selecting colours. A grand stately home may call for opulent, structured displays in classic hues, whereas a rustic barn suits looser, more textural arrangements with greenery and garden roses. Coastal venues pair beautifully with whites, creams, and hints of sea-glass blue.
Style extends beyond colour. Cascading bouquets evoke old-Hollywood glamour; compact posies feel modern and practical; hand-tied bundles of seasonal stems suggest effortless elegance. Discuss your dress silhouette, venue décor, and personal taste with your florist to find a style that feels instinctively right.

The words accompanying wedding flowers should mirror the significance of the occasion—heartfelt, sincere, and memorable. Whether you are a close family member, a cherished friend, or a colleague, thoughtful phrasing elevates your gift from lovely to unforgettable.
Warm and personal: *"Wishing you a lifetime filled with the same joy you've brought to everyone lucky enough to know you. Here's to love, laughter, and happily ever after."*
Traditional and elegant: *"May your marriage be blessed with enduring love and shared dreams. Congratulations to you both on this wonderful day."*
Light-hearted yet sincere: *"So thrilled to see two of my favourite people become an official team. Cheers to adventures, inside jokes, and growing old together in style."*
If you find yourself uncertain, our AI-powered card feature offers ready-made templates suited to various tones—romantic, formal, playful, or poetic. Simply select the sentiment that resonates, personalise it with names or a brief note, and we will print your message on a complimentary card included with your bouquet.
A well-chosen message transforms flowers into a keepsake, something the couple may press into a scrapbook or remember fondly for years to come.

While flowers form the heart of wedding gifting, thoughtfully chosen accompaniments heighten the gesture. Consider what the couple might enjoy during the whirlwind of wedding festivities or in the quieter days that follow.
Champagne or sparkling wine pairs naturally with celebration, offering the newlyweds a toast to share once the reception ends and they finally have a moment alone. Premium chocolates—truffles, salted caramels, or artisan bars—add indulgence without complexity.
Luxury candles in subtle fragrances such as fig, white tea, or English garden rose create a romantic ambience for the honeymoon suite or new marital home. They also serve as a lasting reminder of the day each time they are lit.
For a more personal touch, a keepsake vase allows the bride to display and preserve a stem or two from her bouquet, extending the memory well beyond the wedding weekend.
Couples who appreciate practicality may welcome gourmet hampers filled with fine biscuits, preserves, or artisan treats—perfect for a quiet breakfast the morning after. Alternatively, spa gift sets encourage relaxation following months of planning.
At MyFlowers, our bundles are designed to complement your chosen bouquet, ensuring a cohesive and generous gift that speaks of genuine care and consideration.

Even the most meticulously planned weddings encounter surprises. A buttonhole left at home, an unexpected addition to the bridal party, or a spontaneous decision to adorn the honeymoon suite with blooms—all can be resolved with swift, reliable delivery.
Our same-day service operates within London, dispatching fresh arrangements within three hours of order placement. For couples celebrating in the capital, this offers invaluable flexibility when last-minute needs arise.
Across the rest of the United Kingdom, next-day delivery ensures your flowers arrive precisely when required. Orders placed before our cut-off time are carefully prepared, packaged, and dispatched to reach you the following morning.
For planned orders, booking in advance unlocks additional benefits: broader bloom selection, time to customise designs, and the reassurance that every stem is reserved exclusively for your celebration. Advance orders also allow us to source specific varieties that may not be immediately available for urgent requests.
Whether you are a bride seeking peace of mind, a guest sending a surprise to the venue, or a family member arranging flowers for the rehearsal dinner, our delivery options adapt to your schedule. Simply select your preferred time slot at checkout—morning, afternoon, or a specified window—and we handle the rest with discretion and care.

Weddings, though joyful, can carry emotional complexity. Families may be navigating loss, estrangement, or difficult circumstances that require particular sensitivity. We approach every order with discretion, understanding that flowers often communicate feelings words cannot fully express.
When you place a wedding order with MyFlowers, our team pays close attention to any special instructions. If you are sending blooms on behalf of a relative who cannot attend, we ensure the card message conveys their presence in spirit. If certain colours or varieties hold personal significance—perhaps a bloom favoured by a late parent—we do our utmost to incorporate them thoughtfully.
Delivery timing for weddings demands precision. We coordinate closely with venues to confirm access arrangements, set-up windows, and any restrictions. Our couriers are briefed on the importance of punctuality and presentation, arriving with arrangements protected, hydrated, and ready to display.
Communication throughout the process remains transparent and reassuring. You will receive confirmation when your order is dispatched and notification upon successful delivery, allowing you to focus on celebrating rather than worrying.
Should any concern arise—a delivery complication, a last-minute change, or simply a question about care instructions—our customer service team responds promptly and with genuine empathy. Your wedding flowers represent a significant moment; we treat them, and you, with the respect that moment deserves.
This collection gathers hand-tied bouquets chosen to suit weddings, whether you're congratulating the couple, sending flowers to the celebration, or treating the newlyweds at home. Every bouquet is made by hand by our own florists, and a compact letterbox format is available when you'd like something that fits through a standard letterbox.
Alongside our ready-made designs, you can build a rose bouquet to your own specification and add a card or a gift to the order. If you're not sure which style suits the day, our team can suggest options over WhatsApp, phone or email before you place the order.
Prices in this collection begin at around £25.90 to £29.90 and reach roughly £60.90 for some of our signature designs, with custom rose bouquets higher still. The exact figure depends on the design, its size and any gifts you add, and the full total is confirmed at checkout before you pay.
If you'd like roses specifically, the price scales with the number of stems, starting at about £29.90 for 20 and rising for 30, 50 or 100. Delivery may be included or charged separately depending on the destination and how quickly you need it, so it's always shown alongside the bouquet price.
In London we can target a specific time: we deliver hand to hand with our own drivers and couriers in three-hour slots running from 09:00 to midnight, with the slots for your date shown at checkout once you enter the venue postcode.
Outside London we use Royal Mail Tracked and other trusted UK couriers. We can aim for a chosen date, but these services don't guarantee a fixed arrival time, and most orders reach the address on the planned day, with a possible delay of up to one day. For a venue with strict timing, contact us before you order so we can advise the safest option.
We deliver to most areas across the UK, with the exception of Northern Ireland, and the available options for any address are set automatically by the recipient's postcode during ordering. Deliveries run every day of the year, including weekends and bank holidays.
Same-day delivery is available in London throughout the day, and outside London on orders placed before 15:00, though it isn't offered outside London on Sundays. You'll see the exact choices for your date and postcode at the checkout stage, so you know what's possible for the venue before paying.
We can work towards a colour preference, within what's available seasonally at the time. Custom rose bouquets are the easiest to coordinate with a palette: you choose the colour, including red, white, pink, hot pink, a mix or a white-and-red mix, the number of stems, and an arrangement size of Compact, Classic or Grand.
For ready-made designs the exact stems can vary with the season, and where a flower is hard to source we may substitute one of equivalent value and quality, agreed with you where we can. If colour matching is important, share your scheme with our team before ordering and we'll tell you what we can achieve.
With proper care, our flowers typically stay fresh for up to 12 days, and every order arrives with care instructions to help them last. We also back them with a 7-day freshness guarantee.
If the flowers don't last as they should, get in touch and we'll put it right under that guarantee. For a wedding it helps to schedule delivery close to the day itself and to follow the care instructions, in particular keeping the stems in fresh water and away from direct heat.
Yes. Before we send your order, we photograph the actual bouquet our florists have made and share it with you for approval, and if you'd like a change you can ask us to adjust it before it leaves us.
This step matters most for an occasion like a wedding, where you want the flowers to look exactly right. The photographs on our product pages reflect real sizes, measured in centimetres, and usually show the Medium size, so you have a clear sense of scale when choosing.
You can add a greeting card with your own message and choose extras such as chocolates, hampers, candles, balloons or a soft toy to go alongside the flowers.
By default we keep every order anonymous, and the sender's name appears only if you include it in the card message, so do add your name there if you'd like the couple to know who the flowers are from. Add-ons are selected during ordering and shown in your total before payment.
You can order from outside the UK for a recipient here: our site and payment system support international orders for delivery to an address within Britain.
You'll need the recipient's full UK address and postcode, which sets the delivery options at checkout, along with a contact number in case our couriers need to reach someone on the day. Northern Ireland isn't covered, while choices for the rest of the UK appear once the postcode is entered.
Get in touch with us by email or phone and we'll look into it. We accept quality claims within 30 days of delivery, and to review one we ask for clear photographs of the flowers together with your order reference and delivery details.
We aim to review claims within five business days. Depending on what we find, the outcome can be a replacement delivery or a refund, whether full, partial or covering the delivery charge, with refunds usually returned to your original payment method within five to ten business days.
If our courier can't hand the order over because no one is available, the bouquet may be held in storage for 24 hours, with redelivery arranged for £15, and a refund isn't guaranteed in this case.
To avoid this at a venue, name someone who will be on site to receive the flowers and add a contact number to the order. When sending to a hotel or function room, addressing the order to a specific person and noting the event in the card message helps us get the flowers to the right place.
You can cancel for a full refund within 30 minutes of paying, after which it may no longer be possible because our florists may already have begun assembling your bouquet.
For changes to the delivery details, the sooner you contact us the better, as we can usually only amend an order before it is prepared and dispatched. If your plans are still uncertain, it is worth waiting until the date and address are settled, or speaking to our team first so we can flag what can still be changed.
You can pay by PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay, along with major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others) through Shopify Payments, and all prices on the site include VAT. The cards available can differ by region and by card issuer.
Payments are protected with HTTPS encryption and processed through a PCI DSS compliant gateway with 3D Secure authentication, and we don't store your full card details. The amount shown at checkout, including any delivery charge, is the amount you pay.
