For ready-made designs the exact stems can vary with the season, and where a flower is hard to source we may substitute one of equivalent value and quality, agreed with you where we can. Yes. Before we send your order, we photograph the actual bouquet our florists have made and share it with you for approval, and if you'd like a change you can ask us to adjust it before it leaves us.

By default we keep every order anonymous, and the sender's name appears only if you include it in the card message, so do add your name there if you'd like the couple to know who the flowers are from. Add-ons are selected during ordering and shown in your total before payment.
You can order from outside the UK for a recipient here: our site and payment system support international orders for delivery to an address within Britain.
You'll need the recipient's full UK address and postcode, which sets the delivery options at checkout, along with a contact number in case our couriers need to reach someone on the day. Northern Ireland isn't covered, while choices for the rest of the UK appear once the postcode is entered.
Get in touch with us by email or phone and we'll look into it. We accept quality claims within 30 days of delivery, and to review one we ask for clear photographs of the flowers together with your order reference and delivery details.
We aim to review claims within five business days. Depending on what we find, the outcome can be a replacement delivery or a refund, whether full, partial or covering the delivery charge, with refunds usually returned to your original payment method within five to ten business days.
If our courier can't hand the order over because no one is available, the bouquet may be held in storage for 24 hours, with redelivery arranged for £15, and a refund isn't guaranteed in this case.
To avoid this at a venue, name someone who will be on site to receive the flowers and add a contact number to the order. When sending to a hotel or function room, addressing the order to a specific person and noting the event in the card message helps us get the flowers to the right place.
You can cancel for a full refund within 30 minutes of paying, after which it may no longer be possible because our florists may already have begun assembling your bouquet.
For changes to the delivery details, the sooner you contact us the better, as we can usually only amend an order before it is prepared and dispatched. If your plans are still uncertain, it is worth waiting until the date and address are settled, or speaking to our team first so we can flag what can still be changed.
