We aim for a close match. Our photographs show the real bouquets and their actual sizes in centimetres, with the default image usually picturing the Medium size. Before dispatch, we send you a photo of the finished bouquet so you can approve it or request changes.
Now and then a particular flower isn't available from our growers. When that happens, we may substitute an item of equivalent value and quality, and where possible we'll agree the change with you first, so the bouquet still looks its best and stays true to your choice.
With proper care, our flowers usually stay fresh for up to 12 days, and we include care instructions with every order. We also back this with a 7-day freshness guarantee.
If anything isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo and your order reference. We review claims within 5 business days and, depending on the case, offer a replacement or a refund, with refunds returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
If a delivery can't be completed because there's no one to receive it, the flowers can be held at our depot for 24 hours, and a repeat delivery is charged at £15. A refund isn't guaranteed in this case.
