If the recipient isn't in, the bouquet can usually be held at our depot for up to 24 hours, and a redelivery can then be arranged for £15. A refund isn't guaranteed when a delivery is missed for this reason.

If plans change, message us as early as possible and we'll help reschedule where the order allows.
You can cancel for a full refund within 30 minutes of payment. After that, our florists may already have begun preparing your bouquet, so cancellation may no longer be possible.
