Peonies are seasonal, so we can't guarantee them every day of the year. When they're in season you'll see them ready to order here; when supply is tight, we confirm what we can source before you fix a delivery date.
If your preferred colour or variety isn't available, we may suggest a close alternative or substitute with a bouquet of equivalent value and quality, agreed with you where possible.
To check current peony stock, message us on WhatsApp or call +44 20 4577 0088 before you order.
Yes, we deliver to most areas across the UK, with the exception of Northern Ireland. Delivery options are set automatically by the recipient's postcode at checkout, so you'll see what's available for that address before you pay.
In London we use our own drivers for hand-to-hand delivery. Outside London we send orders with Royal Mail Tracked and other trusted UK couriers. We deliver 365 days a year, including weekends and bank holidays.
Enter the recipient's postcode to confirm the dates and slots we can offer for peonies in that area.
Same-day delivery is available in many areas, with the exact options confirmed by postcode at checkout. In London we offer same-day delivery in three-hour slots through to midnight, with standard same-day from £8 and an urgent nearest-slot option at £15.
Outside London, same-day delivery is possible when you order before 15:00 and isn't available on Sundays; timed UK delivery starts from £5. Because peonies are seasonal, same-day also depends on stock being ready, so it's best to order early in the day.
If you need a particular time, tell us at checkout or contact our 24/7 team.
Most hand-tied bouquets in our catalogue start from around £25.90, with larger and signature designs costing more; the exact peony price is shown on each product card, and every price already includes VAT.
Delivery can be free on some bouquets, while London same-day courier delivery starts from £8 and timed UK delivery from £5. Your final total, including any delivery charge and add-ons such as a card or chocolates, is shown at checkout before you pay.
With proper care, our flowers typically stay fresh for up to 12 days, and peonies usually open over the first few days before reaching their peak. Vase life can be shorter once peonies are fully open, which is normal for these blooms.
Every order arrives with care instructions, and we back deliveries with a 7-day freshness guarantee: if your flowers don't last seven days, we'll put it right.
If anything looks wrong on arrival, send us a photo and we'll help.
Your bouquet is designed to match the style and size shown, and before dispatch we send you a photo of the actual arrangement our florists have made. If you'd like a small adjustment, just ask and we'll change it before it leaves us.
Because peonies are natural and seasonal, the exact blooms, shade and openness vary a little between bouquets. If a specific flower is unavailable, we may substitute with one of equivalent value and quality, agreed with you where possible, so the overall look stays true to the design.
Photographs on the site reflect real sizes, usually shown in the Medium size.
Start by trimming 2–3 cm off each stem at an angle and placing the peonies in clean, fresh water. Peonies are often delivered in tight bud so they travel well and last longer, then open over the next few days, especially in a warm room.
Change the water every couple of days, keep the bouquet out of direct sunlight and away from heat, draughts and ripening fruit, and re-trim the stems each time. Lukewarm water can gently encourage stubborn buds to open.
Detailed care instructions come with every order, and our team is happy to advise.
Peonies are mildly toxic to cats and dogs if eaten, so we recommend keeping the bouquet where pets and young children can't reach it and treating it as decorative only. Our terms note that some flowers, foliage and berries can be harmful if ingested and are supplied for decoration purposes, not for eating.
Chewing the stems or petals can cause stomach upset such as vomiting in animals, so placing the vase out of their reach is the safest approach.
If you're sending flowers to a home with pets and want a more pet-conscious choice, message us before ordering and we'll suggest alternatives.
You can add a greeting card with your own personal message as a paid add-on, and we'll include it exactly as you've written it. By default every order is anonymous, so the recipient won't know who sent the flowers unless you sign your name in the card.
This suits surprises, as well as sympathy or romantic gifts where you decide exactly what's revealed. Just enter your wording during checkout.
You can also add chocolates, balloons or other gifts to send alongside the peonies.
Yes, you can subscribe to regular flower deliveries and choose the Seasonal style, which features whatever is at its best, peonies included when they're in season. You pick the frequency, every 14 days or monthly, and the size, and delivery on a subscription is always free.
Because peonies are seasonal, we can't promise them in every delivery, but the Seasonal option is the most likely to feature them at the right time of year. You can pause, skip, reschedule or cancel, and change the size, style, frequency or address from your account or the app.
Just set your preferences when you create the subscription.
You can cancel for a full refund within 30 minutes of payment. After that, cancellation may not be possible because our florists may have already started preparing your bouquet, especially for same-day orders.
You can still ask for small changes to the arrangement until we send your pre-dispatch photo, and you can update delivery details before the order is on its way. For subscriptions, changes should reach us at least four business days before a delivery, and longer during peak dates such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
To change anything, contact our 24/7 team as early as you can.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll look into it. Send a clear photo of the flowers along with your order reference and delivery details to our team by email or phone, and we'll review the claim within 5 business days.
Depending on what's happened, we may arrange a replacement delivery or a full or partial refund; refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. The 7-day freshness guarantee covers flowers that don't last as expected.
The sooner you send clear photos, the faster we can sort it out.
You can place an order from anywhere in the world for delivery to a UK recipient, and our site and payment system support international orders. You'll pay as usual by PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay, along with major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others) through Shopify Payments. The exact cards on offer can depend on your region and card issuer. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT.
Delivery options and dates are set by the UK recipient's postcode at checkout, and the same coverage applies: most of the UK except Northern Ireland. As peonies are seasonal, it's worth checking availability for your chosen date before you order.
Our support team is available 24/7 on WhatsApp, phone and email if you need help across time zones.
