Yes. We deliver every day of the year, including 8 March, to most of the UK; the only region we don't cover is Northern Ireland. The options open to you are set by the recipient's postcode and confirmed at checkout.
In London we deliver by hand using our own drivers, with three-hour slots across the day. Beyond London we use Royal Mail Tracked and other trusted couriers; more than 90% of these orders arrive on the chosen date, with any delay usually within a day.
Because 8 March is a fixed date, we'd suggest ordering a few days ahead and selecting it as your delivery day. We then hand-tie the bouquet, send you a photo to approve and deliver it on the day.
In London you can place a same-day order through to the evening, choosing from three-hour slots between 09:00 and midnight; an urgent option takes the nearest free slot. Outside London, same-day delivery is available on orders placed before 15:00 and isn't offered on Sundays.
Exact cut-offs depend on the postcode and the time of day, so the precise options appear at checkout once the delivery address is entered. As a popular gifting date, slots around 8 March fill up, so ordering earlier gives you a wider choice.
To confirm that same-day will reach a particular address in time, our team is available 24/7 by phone, WhatsApp and email before you order.
We deliver to most areas across the UK, with Northern Ireland the one part we don't currently serve. Delivery runs 365 days a year, weekends and holidays included.
Coverage and the available methods are set automatically from the recipient's postcode at checkout. In London we use our own drivers and dedicated couriers; elsewhere we rely on Royal Mail Tracked and other trusted UK couriers.
If you enter the postcode and a delivery option appears, we can reach that address. If you're unsure, our support team can check a specific area before you order.
Most bouquets fall roughly between £27.90 and £60.90, with simpler hand-tied designs at the lower end and larger signature bouquets higher up. Letterbox arrangements start at around £25.90, and a made-to-order rose bouquet runs from £29.90 for 20 stems to £69.90 for 100.
Every price on the site includes VAT, and the exact total — including any delivery charge — is shown before you pay. Most photos show the Medium size, and where a design comes in several sizes you choose yours on the product page.
Delivery cost depends on the destination and how quickly you need the flowers: many bouquets include free shipping, while faster, time-sensitive options carry a charge. The final figure is always shown at checkout.
In London, standard same-day delivery is from £8 and an urgent slot is £15. Outside London, both same-day (ordered before 15:00, not on Sundays) and next-day delivery are £5.
Once you enter the postcode and choose a date, the available methods and their prices appear, so you can see the full cost before you pay.
Roses are the classic choice: order them ready-made or build your own bouquet of 20 to 100 stems in red, pink, white or a mix. For something brighter, mixed seasonal bouquets, alstroemeria, lisianthus and sunflowers all suit the occasion.
For a lighter, less formal gift, our compact hand-tied designs and letterbox bouquets are a neat choice. Tell us the recipient and your budget, and our team can recommend a design by phone, WhatsApp or chat.
You can — International Women's Day often means thanking more than one person, so you're welcome to place a separate order for each recipient, each with its own bouquet, delivery address, date and card message.
Delivery options and charges are worked out per address from the postcode, so a London delivery and one elsewhere in the UK may use different methods and couriers. Every bouquet is hand-tied by our florists in the same way.
If you're arranging several deliveries at once, our team can take the details and place the orders with you on +44 20 4577 0088.
Yes — you can place an order from anywhere in the world for delivery to a UK address, as our site and payment system support international senders. International Women's Day is widely marked overseas, and this is a common way to reach family, friends or colleagues based here.
Payment works as usual with PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others) through Shopify Payments, and every price includes VAT. The cards shown can vary by region and card issuer. Enter the UK recipient's postcode at checkout to see the delivery options and dates available to them.
Yes. Before dispatch we send you a photo of the bouquet our florists have actually assembled, so you can check it and request changes if you'd like any.
Our site photos reflect real sizes, measured in centimetres, with Medium shown by default. If a flower is unavailable from our growers, we may substitute it with one of equivalent value and quality while keeping the look of the design you chose.
This approval step matters most for a fixed-date gift, so we send the photo in good time ahead of delivery on your chosen day.
With proper care, our flowers typically stay fresh for up to 12 days, and we include care instructions with every order so the recipient gets the most from them. We also back this with a 7-day freshness guarantee.
How long a bouquet lasts depends on the flower types and conditions at home — a clean vase, fresh water and keeping it away from direct heat all help. If your flowers don't last as they should, contact us and we'll review it under the guarantee.
You can — alongside the bouquet you can add a greeting card with your own message and extras such as chocolates, hampers, candles, soft toys and balloons. Prices start from a few pounds, for example a chocolate box from £8.90 or balloons from £20.90.
By default every order is anonymous, so the recipient won't know who sent it unless you sign your name in the card. You add the card and any gifts on the product page or at checkout, and we deliver them together with the flowers.
For hand-delivered orders our courier attempts delivery and, if needed, the bouquet can be held at our depot for 24 hours. A repeat attempt is charged at £15, and a refund isn't guaranteed in these cases because the flowers have already been prepared.
To avoid a missed delivery, it helps to confirm the recipient will be in on the chosen date, or to leave a note with safe-place or contact details. For non-London orders sent by Royal Mail, we can't guarantee timed instructions or proof-of-delivery notifications.
If a delivery does go wrong, send us your order reference and we'll work out the best way to resolve it.
You can cancel within 30 minutes of paying and receive a full refund. After that, cancellation may not be possible, as our florists may already have begun assembling your bouquet.
If something's wrong with the order, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos, your order reference and the delivery details. We aim to review claims within 5 business days.
Depending on the case, we can offer a replacement delivery, a full or partial refund, or a refund of the delivery charge. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
