Yes, same-day delivery is available across much of the UK when you order in time. In London we deliver by hand in three-hour slots through the day, with late evening windows available. Outside London, same-day applies to orders placed before 3pm and isn't available on Sundays.
Availability depends on the recipient's postcode, so the delivery options and cut-off times appear automatically at checkout once you enter the address.
If the flowers need to arrive at a particular time, set the date and slot while ordering and we'll plan around it.
We deliver to most areas across the UK, every day of the year including weekends and bank holidays. The one exception is Northern Ireland, which we don't currently cover.
In London, orders go out with our own drivers and dedicated couriers for hand-to-hand delivery. Elsewhere in the UK we use Royal Mail Tracked and other trusted couriers, and more than 90% of these orders arrive on the chosen date, with any delay usually no more than a day.

How long they last depends partly on the variety and on simple care: a clean vase, fresh water changed regularly, and keeping the bouquet away from direct heat and sunlight.

Flowers are natural and seasonal, so where a stem is short we may substitute one of equivalent value and quality, keeping the design and colour close to the original.

By default, every order is anonymous, so the recipient won't know who sent the flowers unless you add your name to the card message.
