After ordering, you can track progress and we'll confirm delivery, so you know the flowers have arrived even when you can't be there.
If the recipient is out, we do our best to leave the bouquet safely or follow any delivery notes you've left. For courier orders, the options depend on the carrier.
Where a delivery can't be completed, the bouquet may be held at our depot for 24 hours, and a repeat attempt can be arranged for £15. A refund isn't guaranteed in this situation, as the flowers have already been prepared.
To avoid it, we'd suggest confirming the recipient will be in, or adding delivery instructions when you order.
