FAQ
What flowers are in the Coral Flowers collection?

This collection brings together our bouquets built around coral tones — the warm blend of soft pink, peach and orange. Every arrangement is hand-tied by our in-house florists, and several designs also come as letterbox flowers, sized to fit through a standard letterbox.

Open any bouquet to see its sizes, what's inside and the current price, or browse by occasion if you already have a date in mind. If you'd like a hand choosing, our team is available around the clock by phone, WhatsApp or email and can suggest a coral arrangement to suit the recipient and your budget.

How much do coral bouquets cost?

Prices depend on the design you choose and its size. Most bouquets in our range start from around £25.90–£29.90, larger signature pieces reach roughly £60.90, and custom rose arrangements go higher again. Every price shown on the product card includes VAT.

That figure covers the flowers. Delivery and any extras — a greeting card, chocolates, a candle or a hamper — are added at checkout, so your total reflects exactly what you've picked. Open a bouquet to confirm its size options and price before ordering.

Do you deliver coral flowers across the UK?

Yes. We deliver to most areas across the UK, every day of the year, including weekends and bank holidays. The exception is Northern Ireland, which we're currently unable to serve.

The delivery options and timings on offer are set by the recipient's postcode, so you'll see exactly what's available once you enter the address at checkout. You can also place the order from anywhere in the world for delivery within the UK, which makes sending coral flowers from abroad straightforward.

Will the flowers match the coral colour shown in the photos?

We build each bouquet to match the coral palette you see on the page, and our website images reflect the real arrangements and their actual sizes. As flowers are a natural product, exact shades and varieties can vary slightly from season to season.

If a particular stem isn't available, we may replace it with one of equivalent value and quality while keeping the overall coral look, agreeing this with you where we can. Before dispatch we send a photo of the finished bouquet, so you can check the colour and ask us to adjust it if anything isn't as you expected.

Can I order coral flowers for same-day delivery?

Often, yes — it depends on the destination. In London we deliver with our own drivers and couriers in three-hour slots running through to midnight, so an order placed earlier in the day usually arrives that evening.

Outside London, same-day delivery is available on orders placed before 15:00 and isn't offered on Sundays; otherwise the next-day option applies. Since this varies by area, the final cut-off and available slots are confirmed at checkout once the delivery postcode is entered.

How much does delivery cost?

It depends on where the flowers are going and how quickly you need them. In London, standard same-day delivery is £8 and an urgent slot is £15. Outside London, same-day delivery (ordered before 15:00, excluding Sundays) and next-day delivery are both £5.

Many bouquets also carry free shipping, which is flagged on the product card, and delivery is always included with a flower subscription. The exact charge for your order is worked out from the recipient's postcode and chosen slot, so you'll see the final amount before you pay.

How long will coral flowers stay fresh?

With proper care, our flowers typically stay fresh for up to 12 days, and we include care instructions with every order to help them last. We also back our bouquets with a 7-day freshness guarantee.

If the flowers don't hold up as they should, get in touch within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo and your order reference. We review each case and put it right — usually a replacement or a refund — once we've looked at the details.

How do I track my order and know it's been delivered?

You can follow your order in real time through your MyFlowers account or the app, and we send a delivery confirmation once it's complete. In London our drivers hand bouquets over in person; elsewhere in the UK we use Royal Mail Tracked and other trusted couriers.

For Royal Mail deliveries we can't guarantee proof-of-delivery alerts or timed instructions, as those sit outside our control. If you'd like an update on a particular order, our support team is available 24/7 to check the latest status for you.

What occasions suit coral flowers?

Coral suits a wide range of moments thanks to its warm, upbeat tone. It works well for birthdays, congratulations, thank-yous, new-home wishes, friendship and anniversaries, and works just as well as a spontaneous, no-occasion gift.

Browse our occasion collections to match the moment, then complete the gift at checkout with a greeting card carrying your own message, chocolates, a candle or a hamper. By default every order is anonymous, so the recipient only learns who sent the flowers if you add your name to the card.

What happens if the recipient isn't home?

If no one's available to receive the bouquet, we hold it at our depot for 24 hours so it can be sent out again. A repeat delivery attempt is charged at £15, and a refund isn't guaranteed in this situation.

To reduce the risk of a missed delivery, it's worth checking the recipient will be in and giving us accurate address and contact details at checkout. If a delivery is missed, contact our support team and we'll help arrange the next attempt.

Can I cancel my order or get a refund if something's wrong?

You can cancel within 30 minutes of payment for a full refund. After that, cancellation may not be possible, because as a fresh product the bouquet may already be in preparation.

If you're unhappy with what arrived, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo and your order reference. We review claims within around five working days and, depending on the case, can offer a full or partial refund, a refund of the delivery charge, or a replacement delivery. Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 working days.

What payment methods can I use?

Payment options include PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others) through Shopify Payments. The exact cards on offer can depend on your region and card issuer. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT.
