Yes. You choose the delivery date yourself at checkout, so the flowers can arrive in time for the ceremony or the gathering afterwards. In London we offer same-day slots; across the rest of the UK we deliver through Royal Mail Tracked and other trusted couriers.

For a date that really matters, we'd suggest booking a day ahead where possible. More than 90% of our UK-wide orders outside London arrive on the chosen date, though we'd ask you to allow for a possible one-day difference. The slots available for the recipient's postcode are confirmed at checkout.

We deliver to most areas across the UK, including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool and Glasgow. The one exception is Northern Ireland, which we don't currently deliver to.

Delivery options are matched to the recipient's postcode the moment you enter it, and we deliver 365 days a year, including weekends and bank holidays. If you're not sure whether we reach a particular address, type the postcode at checkout and you'll see the available slots straight away.

Same-day delivery is available in many areas, provided you order in time. In London we run same-day slots into the late evening, with a standard same-day fee from £8 or an urgent option for the next available slot.

Outside London, same-day delivery needs an order placed before 15:00 and isn't available on Sundays. Whether same-day works for a particular address always shows at checkout once you've entered the postcode, so there are no surprises after you've ordered.

We can deliver to a venue as easily as to a home — a church, a community hall or wherever the celebration is being held. Add any access details, such as the entrance, room or a contact name, in the order notes so our driver or courier can hand the flowers over easily.

When flowers go to a venue rather than a home, it helps to have someone there to receive them, since timing around a ceremony can be tight. In London we deliver hand-to-hand within your chosen slot; elsewhere we use tracked couriers, so an address where someone will be present is the safest choice.

Prices in this collection start at around £25.90–£29.90 for our smaller hand-tied designs and reach roughly £60.90 for larger signature bouquets. Custom rose arrangements go higher, depending on the number of stems you pick.

The total depends on the size and style you choose, plus any add-ons such as a card or gift. Delivery is priced separately: some options come with free shipping, while London same-day starts from £8. Every price includes VAT, and you'll see the full total before paying.

You can add a greeting card with your own message at checkout — ideal for a christening, whether it's a line of congratulations to the parents or a few words for the little one.

Our orders are anonymous by default, so the recipient won't know who sent the flowers unless you sign the card. If you'd like the family to know the gift is from you, do add your name. The card is a small paid add-on, shown clearly before you pay.

You can add gifts that suit a christening alongside the flowers, including a soft teddy bear, balloons, chocolates or a candle. They pair naturally with a new-baby celebration and make a thoughtful finishing touch.

The add-ons appear during the ordering process and arrive together with the bouquet. Prices vary by item — a teddy bear, for instance, starts at around £14.90 — and everything goes into your basket, so the full total is clear before you pay.

Some flowers, foliage and berries can be harmful if eaten, so it's wise to keep any arrangement out of reach of babies, young children and pets. Our bouquets are intended for decoration rather than handling.

If you have a particular concern, let us know before you order and we'll point you towards gentler choices or note it on your order. Each bouquet also comes with a care card covering how to handle and look after the flowers once they arrive.

With proper care, the flowers usually stay fresh for up to 12 days, and every order includes simple care instructions to help them last. We also stand behind a 7-day freshness guarantee.

If the blooms don't hold up as they should, contact us within the guarantee period with a photo and your order reference, and we'll make it right. Fresh water, kept away from direct heat and sunlight, makes a real difference to how long they stay at their best.

Yes — before we dispatch your order, we send you a photo of the actual bouquet our florist has prepared, so you can see exactly what's heading to the recipient.

If you'd like a change, such as a different balance of colours or a small tweak, just tell us at that point and we'll sort it before the order leaves us. The images on the site reflect real sizes too: dimensions are given in centimetres, and the photo usually shows the Medium option.

Yes. You can place an order from anywhere in the world for delivery to a UK address — a common choice for relatives and friends who can't be at the christening in person.

Our site and payment system handle international orders, and we accept PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay, along with major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others) through Shopify Payments. The exact cards on offer can depend on your region and card issuer. Prices are shown in pounds and include VAT. Enter the UK recipient's address, choose the date as usual, and we'll keep you posted on the order's progress.
