FAQ
What does "50 cm" mean, and how is the size measured?

The 50 cm refers to the overall height of the finished bouquet, measured in centimetres from the base of the stems to the top of the blooms.

This collection brings together arrangements that stand around 50 cm tall, which places them among our fuller, more generous sizes rather than the compact options. The exact silhouette varies with the flowers chosen — tall stems such as lilies or roses sit differently from rounded, clustered blooms — but the height gives a reliable guide to scale.

To remove any doubt before it arrives, we send you a photo of your actual bouquet ahead of dispatch, so you can confirm it or ask us to adjust it.

How big does a 50 cm bouquet look, and what size vase does it need?

It is a substantial, eye-catching arrangement — noticeably taller and fuller than our smaller bouquets, and well suited to moments where you want real presence.

Our size guidance runs from roughly 20 cm at the smallest to about 55 cm at the largest, so 50 cm sits firmly among the bigger options. That extra height and volume fill a medium-to-large vase comfortably.

If you are choosing for a particular spot — a hallway table, a desk or a bedside — let us know and we will suggest whether 50 cm or another size fits best.

How much do 50 cm bouquets cost?

Each design shows its own price on its product page, inclusive of VAT. As 50 cm arrangements are among our larger sizes, they generally sit towards the upper part of our range rather than at entry level.

For context, bouquets across our catalogue start from around £25.90, with signature and larger designs priced higher, and custom rose bouquets costed separately by stem count.

To see the exact price of a bouquet you like, open its product page; the total, including any delivery option, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I get a 50 cm bouquet delivered today?

Same-day delivery is available in London and across most of the UK when you order in time.

In London, we deliver with our own drivers in three-hour slots into the late evening, handed over in person. Beyond London, same-day applies to orders placed before 15:00 and is not available on Sundays, with delivery handled by Royal Mail Tracked and other trusted UK couriers.

The options for your recipient's address appear once you enter the postcode at checkout, so you will see the exact slots and timings before paying.

Do you deliver these bouquets across the UK?

Yes — we deliver to most areas across the UK, every day of the year, including weekends and bank holidays. The one exception is Northern Ireland, which we do not currently cover.

Delivery options are matched automatically to the recipient's postcode at checkout, so the available dates and methods reflect that exact address. You can also order from anywhere in the world for a UK delivery, which is convenient when sending flowers home from abroad.

If you are unsure whether we reach a particular area, enter the postcode at checkout or contact us and we will confirm before you commit.

Is delivery free, or is there a charge?

It depends on the location and how quickly you need the bouquet, and the exact figure is always shown at checkout before payment.

Some bouquets carry free shipping, marked on the product card. Where a fee applies, London same-day delivery starts from £8, with an urgent next-slot option from £15, while outside London same-day and next-day delivery start from £5. Subscription deliveries are always free.

Once you enter the recipient's postcode, the available methods and any delivery cost appear together, so nothing is added unexpectedly later on.

Will the bouquet I receive look like the photo?

Yes — the photographs on our site reflect the real arrangements, and every size is given in centimetres so you can judge the scale before ordering.

Because flowers are a natural product, small differences in shade, stem length and individual blooms are normal from one bouquet to the next; the overall look, style and 50 cm height stay in line with what you chose.

Before dispatch we send you a photo of your finished bouquet. If something does not look right, you can ask us to adjust it, so you confirm the result before it reaches your recipient.

How long will the flowers last?

With proper care, our flowers typically stay fresh for up to 12 days, and care instructions are included with every order to help them last.

We also back freshness with a 7-day freshness guarantee. If your flowers do not last as they should, contact us with a photo and your order reference and we will put it right.

A few simple steps make a real difference: trim the stems, use clean water with the flower food provided, keep the bouquet out of direct sunlight and away from heat, and change the water every couple of days.

How do the bouquets arrive — are they ready for a vase?

They arrive hand-tied, arranged and tied by our florists and ready to place straight into a vase.

Hand-tied is the format for most of our designs; the compact letterbox style is the exception and is not part of this collection. A bouquet of this size arrives as a finished arrangement, so the recipient simply trims the stems, adds water and stands it up.

We hand-deliver in London and use tracked courier services elsewhere, and you receive a delivery confirmation so you know exactly when it has arrived.

Can I add a card or a gift such as chocolates?

Yes — you can include a greeting card with your own message and pair the bouquet with extras such as chocolates, hampers, candles, balloons or a soft toy.

One point worth knowing: all orders are anonymous by default. Your name appears only if you write it into the card message, so do add it if you want the recipient to know the flowers are from you.

Extras are selected while ordering and arrive together with the bouquet. If you would like help choosing a pairing for the occasion, our team is available around the clock by phone, WhatsApp or email.

What happens if a flower in the bouquet is out of stock?

If a particular flower is briefly unavailable, we may replace it with one of equivalent value and quality, keeping the overall style, colour and 50 cm size consistent with what you ordered.

Where it is practical, we will agree any substitution with you first. The aim is always to deliver the look and standard you chose, not a reduced version of it.

One safety note: some flowers and foliage are intended for decoration only and can be harmful if eaten, so we suggest keeping arrangements out of reach of young children and pets.

Which occasions suit a 50 cm bouquet?

A larger arrangement like this works well when you want the gift to make an impression — birthdays, anniversaries, congratulations, a romantic gesture or a heartfelt thank you.

The extra fullness gives it presence, whether for a milestone celebration or simply to brighten someone's home. For quieter or more discreet moments, a smaller size can suit better, and we are happy to advise.

Browse the collection for a design that appeals, then add a personalised card and any extras before checkout to complete the gift.

What are my payment options?
