The price is shown on each bouquet card in this collection, and every price includes VAT. What you pay depends on the rose colour, the arrangement size you choose, the season, and any extras such as a card or chocolates.

Delivery is charged separately where it applies: some bouquets carry free shipping, while same-day and urgent slots can add a fee in certain areas. We confirm the full total, including any delivery charge, at checkout once you enter the recipient's postcode.

Yes, same-day delivery is available in many areas when you order in time. In London we deliver the same day through our couriers in three-hour slots running from 09:00 to midnight. Outside London, same-day is possible when you order before 15:00, and it isn't offered on Sundays.

Availability always depends on the recipient's postcode, so the slots and cut-off times you can actually pick are confirmed at checkout. We deliver 365 days a year, including weekends and bank holidays.

Yes, we deliver to most areas across the UK; the one exception is Northern Ireland, which we don't cover. Delivery options are set automatically by the recipient's postcode, so enter it at checkout to see exactly what's available to that address.

In London we use our own drivers and dedicated couriers for hand-to-hand delivery. Outside London we send orders with Royal Mail Tracked and other trusted UK couriers, and more than 90% of these are expected to arrive on the chosen date, with the possibility of a one-day delay in some cases.

It depends on the destination and how quickly you need the roses. Some bouquets are marked with free shipping; where delivery is charged in London, standard same-day is from £8 and the urgent nearest-slot option is £15.

Outside London, same-day (ordered before 15:00, excluding Sundays) and next-day delivery are each £5. We always show the exact cost at checkout once the postcode and slot are selected, so nothing is added afterwards.

You can choose red, white, pink, hot pink, a mixed selection, or a white-and-red mix. Red is the classic choice for romantic occasions, while pink and white suit birthdays, thank-yous and new-baby messages.

Each bouquet on this page shows the colours available for that design. If you have a particular shade in mind and don't see it, message us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, and we'll tell you what we can arrange for your delivery date.

With proper care, our roses usually last up to 12 days, and every order is covered by a 7-day freshness guarantee. We include care instructions so the bouquet looks its best for as long as possible.

If the roses don't last as they should, we'll put it right. Get in touch within the claims period with a clear photo and your order details, and we'll arrange a suitable replacement or refund.

Yes — our website photos reflect the real bouquets, and the sizes are accurate and listed in centimetres for each design. Because roses are natural and seasonal, we may occasionally substitute a stem with one of equal value and quality.

Before dispatch we send you a photo of your actual bouquet for approval, and you can ask us to adjust it before it leaves us. That way you see exactly what will arrive.

Yes. You can add a greeting card with your own message, plus optional extras such as chocolates, a candle, balloons, a soft toy or a hamper alongside the roses.

By default every order is anonymous, so the recipient only sees your name if you include it in the card message. You select the card and any add-ons while placing the order — a simple way to make a 10-rose bouquet feel more personal.

Yes. Alongside this collection, our rose range lets you choose larger counts: 20 stems from £29.90, 30 from £39.90, 50 from £54.90 and 100 from £69.90.

Yes. You can place an order from anywhere in the world for delivery to a UK address, and our site and payment system are set up for international orders. We accept PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay, along with major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others) through Shopify Payments. The cards available can differ by region and by card issuer. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT.

You can cancel for a full refund within 30 minutes of payment. After that, hand-assembly may already have begun, so cancellation can't always be guaranteed.

For any quality concern, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and clear photos. We review claims within five business days, and refunds to your original payment method take five to ten business days. Depending on the case, the outcome can be a full or partial refund, a refund of delivery charges, or a replacement delivery.
