Yes. You can build a rose bouquet to the scale you want using our configurator, choosing 20, 30, 50 or 100 stems. Prices start from around £29.90 for 20 roses and from £69.90 for 100, with the final price confirmed at checkout once you've chosen your options.

You also pick the colour — red, white, pink, hot pink or a mix such as white and red — and one of three presentation sizes: Compact, Classic or Grand. For a proposal, a higher stem count in red with a Grand finish makes the strongest impression.

If you have a specific look in mind, tell us and we'll prepare it accordingly. We send a photo of the finished bouquet before dispatch so you can confirm it's right.

Proposal bouquets here generally start from around £29.90 and rise with size, stem count and presentation. Custom rose bouquets, a popular proposal choice, run from about £29.90 for 20 roses up to roughly £69.90 for 100, while ready-made signature bouquets usually sit in between.

The final figure depends on the bouquet you choose, any add-ons such as a card or chocolates, and the delivery option. All prices on the site include VAT.

We offer same-day delivery, which matters when a proposal is set for a particular day. In London our own drivers deliver in three-hour slots through the day and evening, so you can match the flowers to your plans. Standard same-day delivery in London starts from £8, with an urgent next-slot option from £15.

Outside London we deliver through Royal Mail Tracked and trusted UK couriers. Same-day there needs an order before 15:00 and isn't available on Sundays, and timed slots can't be guaranteed. Most such orders arrive on the chosen date, though a delay of up to a day is possible.

Because timing matters for a proposal, order a little ahead for destinations outside London. Availability shows at checkout once you enter the recipient's postcode.

Yes, we can deliver to most addresses across the UK, including restaurants, hotels and other venues, as long as the location accepts deliveries. Enter the delivery address at checkout and the available options will show automatically based on the postcode.

In London we offer hand-to-hand delivery within timed slots, which suits a venue where you want the flowers to arrive at a set point in the evening. Outside London, delivery runs through Royal Mail Tracked and UK couriers, where timed arrival can't be guaranteed.

If timing matters, check with the venue that they'll receive and hold the flowers, and add any access notes when you order so we can pass them to the courier.

We deliver to most areas across the UK, every day of the year including weekends and holidays. The one exception is Northern Ireland, which we don't currently cover. Delivery options are set automatically by the recipient's postcode at checkout.

You can place an order from anywhere in the world for delivery within the UK — useful if you're abroad and arranging a proposal back home. Our site and payment system support international orders, and you can pay by PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others) through Shopify Payments. Which cards appear may vary with your region and card issuer. All prices are displayed with VAT included.

Yes. Before we dispatch your order, we send you a photo of the actual bouquet our florist has made, so you can check it matches what you pictured for the moment.

If you'd like a change at that point — a different balance of colour, or a small adjustment — let us know and we'll do what we can before it leaves us. This step gives you confidence that the flowers will look right when it counts.

The photos on the site reflect real bouquet sizes, with all dimensions listed in centimetres, so you can judge the scale before you order.

Alongside the flowers you can add a personalised greeting card with your own message — handy if you want a few words ready for the moment. We also offer chocolates, including Champagne Truffles, soft toys, candles and balloons as add-ons at checkout.

These extras are optional and priced separately; a card and chocolates are popular companions to a proposal bouquet. By default, orders are anonymous, so your name appears only if you add it to the card.

Choose any add-ons on the bouquet page or during checkout. If you want a particular combination prepared together, tell us and we'll arrange it.

With proper care, our flowers typically stay fresh for up to 12 days, so a proposal bouquet keeps its look well beyond the day itself. Every order includes care instructions to help them last.

We also stand behind this with a 7-day freshness guarantee, set out in our terms. If the flowers don't last as they should, we'll put it right under that policy.

To get the most from your bouquet, follow the care card: fresh water, a clean vase and a trim of the stems make a real difference. If you're ever concerned about how they're holding up, contact our team and we'll advise.

Contact us as soon as you can and we'll look into it. We accept quality claims within 30 days of delivery, and to review one we'll ask for clear photos of the bouquet, your order reference and the delivery details.

We aim to review claims within 5 business days. Depending on the situation, the outcome may be a full or partial refund, a refund of delivery charges, or a replacement delivery; refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Because a proposal is time-sensitive, reach us by phone or WhatsApp on the day if there's a problem. Our support runs 24/7, so we can act quickly.

You can cancel a flower order within 30 minutes of paying for a full refund. After that, cancellation may not be possible, because our florists may already have started assembling your bouquet and the flowers are perishable.

If you need to change the delivery date, address or details rather than cancel, contact us as early as you can and we'll do what we can to update the order before it's prepared or dispatched.
