When we describe a bouquet as colourful, we mean far more than simply combining multiple hues. Every arrangement in this category has been composed to deliver genuine visual impact through deliberate contrast, tonal harmony and seasonal vibrancy. We select blooms at their peak pigmentation—gerberas in saturated coral, chrysanthemums in deep magenta, alstroemeria in vivid tangerine—and group them so each shade amplifies the next. The result is a bouquet that feels celebratory the moment it leaves the box.
Our florists follow a strict colour-balance rule: no single tone dominates unless the design calls for a monochromatic statement. Instead, you will find complementary pairings (orange against blue-violet, for instance) or analogous progressions that sweep smoothly from warm to cool. Stems are graded not only for freshness but for colour intensity; any bloom showing premature fading is removed before it reaches our assembly tables.
Achieving a truly colourful arrangement requires careful attention to form, texture and density. Our designers layer blooms at varying heights so every angle reveals something new—a shock of cerise peeking behind lemon-yellow roses, perhaps, or deep purple lisianthus tucked beneath apricot spray roses. Foliage is chosen to frame rather than compete: eucalyptus in muted silver-green, ruscus in forest tones, or pittosporum with its subtle bronze edge.
Texture matters just as much as hue. Feathery solidago adds airiness; waxy hypericum berries lend gloss; ruffled carnations contribute softness. By varying surface quality, we ensure that light interacts differently across the bouquet, enhancing colour depth under both natural daylight and evening lamps. The overall silhouette—whether a relaxed, garden-gathered dome or a structured spiral—is selected to let every petal breathe and every shade stand out.
Classic bouquets—white roses, soft pastels, elegant monochromes—suit moments that call for restraint. Colourful arrangements, by contrast, are designed to lift spirits instantly and leave a lasting impression. Consider them when you want the gift itself to become the centrepiece of a room: milestone birthdays, housewarming celebrations, congratulations on a promotion, or simply a gesture that says "thinking of you" with unmistakable energy.
They are also ideal for recipients who appreciate boldness over subtlety—friends who fill their homes with art, colleagues who brighten the office with plants, or family members whose style favours the eclectic. If the occasion calls for joy, optimism or sheer visual delight, a colourful bouquet will communicate that far more powerfully than muted tones ever could.
Every stem in our colourful collection travels through a rigorous quality chain. We partner with trusted growers across the Netherlands, Kenya and Colombia—regions renowned for producing intensely pigmented varieties—and receive shipments several times each week to guarantee freshness. Upon arrival at our London hub, each batch is inspected by trained florists who assess petal firmness, colour saturation, stem strength and hydration level.
Only blooms that meet all four criteria move forward to our design stations. Any flower showing bruising, colour bleeding or early wilt is set aside. This hand-picked approach means the bouquet you send will look as vibrant on day five as it did on day one—assuming proper care, of course. We also prioritise suppliers who hold Fairtrade or Rainforest Alliance certification, so you can feel confident your gift supports responsible growing practices.
First impressions count, and our packaging is designed to heighten anticipation from the doorstep onwards. Colourful bouquets arrive in our signature presentation box, sturdy enough to protect delicate petals during transit yet elegant enough to feel gift-ready without additional wrapping. Inside, blooms are cushioned with water-retaining gel and secured with tissue in a neutral shade—white or kraft—so nothing distracts from the burst of colour when the lid lifts.
A satin ribbon in complementary tones ties the stems together, and every order includes a complimentary care card with tips for maximising vase life. If you have added a personalised message, the greetings card is tucked discreetly into the box so the recipient discovers it alongside the flowers. The overall effect is one of considered luxury: vibrant, joyful and unmistakably thoughtful.
We apply exactly the same freshness guarantee to our colourful range as to every other category. Each bouquet is backed by our five-day promise: if blooms wilt prematurely or fail to open as expected, we will arrange a replacement or refund without fuss. Because colourful flowers often feature varieties with naturally high moisture needs—gerberas, tulips, stocks—our florists take extra care to condition stems properly before dispatch, trimming at an angle and hydrating in nutrient-enriched water.
We also send a photo of the actual bouquet before it leaves our studio (same-day London orders permitting), so you can see precisely what the recipient will receive. This transparency reinforces our commitment: what you see truly is what they get, vibrant and fresh.
Think of the person in your life who gravitates toward statement pieces rather than neutrals. Perhaps they wear bold prints, decorate with patterned textiles, or simply light up at anything unexpected. A colourful bouquet speaks directly to that sensibility. It tells the recipient you noticed their personality and chose something that matches it—not a safe, generic option, but a gift with genuine character.
These arrangements also resonate with anyone who could use a mood boost: a friend recovering from illness, a colleague facing a demanding project, a relative who has just moved to a new city. Colour psychology research consistently links bright, varied hues with feelings of energy and positivity, making these bouquets a practical choice when words alone feel inadequate.
A vibrant bouquet already makes a statement, yet pairing it with a complementary gift can elevate the experience further. Consider adding a box of artisan chocolates—dark truffles with sea salt or raspberry ganache—to echo the intensity of the blooms. Alternatively, a scented candle in citrus or floral notes extends the sensory pleasure long after the flowers have faded.
For milestone occasions, think beyond the tangible. Pair your order with a handwritten note promising a future experience: afternoon tea at a favourite café, tickets to an exhibition, or a home-cooked dinner. The colourful bouquet becomes the opening act, while the shared moment that follows cements the memory. If you prefer to let us handle everything, explore our curated gift sets, which bundle selected blooms with treats chosen to complement their palette and mood.
This collection gathers our brightest, multi-coloured bouquets — arrangements that mix several flower types and bold shades rather than staying within a single tone. Depending on the season, you'll see blooms such as alstroemeria, lisianthus, lilies, carnations and spray roses brought together into vivid designs.
Every bouquet is hand-tied in-house by our florists and arrives ready to go straight into a vase. Open any design to see the full flower list, available sizes and price before you decide.
Prices here start at around £25.90–£29.90 for our smaller designs and reach roughly £60.90 for larger, more elaborate arrangements; custom rose bouquets sit above that.
The amount you pay depends mainly on the bouquet and the size you choose — most designs come in more than one size, and the image on each product page usually shows the Medium option. Any extras, such as a gift or a personalised card, are added separately.
All our prices include VAT, and the full total, with any delivery fee, is shown at checkout before payment.

Available dates and slots vary by postcode, so the options for your address are confirmed once you enter it.
It depends on where the bouquet is going and how quickly you need it. Some designs are offered with free shipping, which is marked on the product card.

Each bouquet in this collection is a designed arrangement with its own set palette, shown on the product page — so the easiest route is to pick the design whose colours you like.
If you want to choose a shade directly, our custom rose bouquets let you select red, white, pink, hot pink or a mix, along with the number of stems and the overall size.
For a designed bouquet, you can add a note to your order or contact our team with a specific request, and we'll do what we reasonably can to match it.
The photos on each product page reflect the real arrangements, and sizes are given in centimetres — the image usually shows the Medium size, with larger and smaller options on most designs.
Because fresh flowers are seasonal, the exact stems can vary with what's at its best. If a particular flower isn't available, we replace it with one of equivalent value and quality and keep the colour scheme and overall style intact; where we can, we'll agree the change with you first.
So the bouquet you receive matches the look and feel of what you ordered, even if an individual stem differs.
Yes. Once your bouquet is hand-tied, we send you a photo of the finished arrangement before it leaves us, so you can see exactly what will arrive.
If you'd like an adjustment at that point — a different balance of colours, for example — let us know and we'll change what we can before dispatch. This check is part of every order, not an extra you need to request.
With proper care, most of our bouquets stay fresh for up to 12 days, and we include care instructions with every order to help you get there.
We also stand behind them with a 7-day freshness guarantee. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos and your order reference; we review claims within five working days and put things right, usually with a replacement or a refund.
A few simple habits help most: trim the stems, refresh the water regularly, and keep the bouquet away from direct sun and heat.
Yes. You can add a greeting card with your own message, which is the only way the recipient sees who sent the flowers — every order is anonymous by default unless you sign the card.
Alongside cards, we offer add-ons such as chocolates, hampers, candles, soft toys and balloons, priced from a few pounds upwards. You choose them while ordering, and they're delivered together with the bouquet.
Bright, multi-coloured bouquets suit happy, celebratory moments — birthdays, congratulations, a new home, thank-yous, friendship, get-well wishes or simply brightening someone's day.
They also work well for yourself, at home, when you want something cheerful on the table. For quieter or more formal occasions, such as sympathy, our other collections offer gentler, more restrained palettes.
If you're unsure what fits, our team can help you choose by phone, WhatsApp or email, day or night.
