We also back them with a 7-day freshness guarantee: if they do not last seven days, we will put it right. Should anything be wrong on arrival, contact us within 30 days with a clear photo and your order reference, and we will review it within five business days.

In London your flowers are delivered hand-to-hand, so we aim to place them directly with the recipient. If no one is available, the bouquet can be held at our depot for 24 hours, with a repeat delivery charged at £15.
To avoid this, choose a delivery date and, where possible, a time slot when someone will be in. A safe-place note or a contact number for the recipient also helps our drivers.
Smaller letterbox bouquets are delivered by post and fit through a standard letterbox, so the recipient does not need to be home at all.
