Check your postcodeFlower delivery across Leicester Flowers delivered across Leicester — enter your postcode to see the fastest available options, from same-day to next-day, with a photo preview before dispatch and a 5-day freshness guarantee. Areas we cover in Leicester: City Centre, Clarendon Park, Stoneygate, Highfields, Belgrave, Knighton, Aylestone, Evington and Oadby, plus neighbouring districts.
We dispatch Leicester orders from our London workshop using Royal Mail Tracked and other trusted UK couriers. Every bouquet is hand-tied in-house by our florists, packed in protective water-retaining wrap or letterbox packaging, and handed to the carrier the same day it is due to travel so the flowers arrive at peak freshness.
Once the parcel leaves us, you and your recipient receive tracking details so the delivery status can be followed end-to-end. For letterbox bouquets, the parcel fits through a standard UK letterbox, which means the recipient does not need to be home to accept it.
To begin, choose a bouquet, enter the Leicester delivery address at checkout and select your preferred date. We will confirm the order by email immediately and send a photo of the finished bouquet for approval before it is dispatched.
We deliver to all mainland Leicester postcodes, including LE1–LE5 in the city and the surrounding LE postcodes across Leicestershire. Coverage is confirmed automatically at checkout once the recipient's postcode is entered, so you will see whether delivery is available before payment.
Greater Leicester is fully within our regular UK-wide delivery network.
If you are unsure whether a specific address is reachable, use the postcode checker on the site (or enter it at checkout) to confirm coverage instantly.
Standard delivery to Leicester is free on the bouquets displayed on the Leicester page — the "Free shipping" and "Delivery £0" labels on each product card apply to the standard courier method serving Leicester. You pay only the price of the bouquet itself, and all prices are shown inclusive of VAT.
Same-day delivery to Leicester is available, the same as everywhere in the UK.
Should you ever see a delivery charge at checkout that you did not expect, stop and contact our customer care team before completing payment — we will explain the reason and, if it is a configuration issue, put it right straight away.
Yes — same-day flower delivery is available across the UK, and Leicester is fully covered on the same basis as every other UK location. Order by 6:00 PM for same-day delivery; deliveries run daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Enter the recipient's postcode in the postcode checker or at checkout to see the exact delivery options and any time slots available for that address.
Letterbox bouquets are the one exception, because they travel via tracked postal service — delivery for these is typically next-working-day rather than same-day. Next-day and future-date delivery are also available for Leicester, and our 24/7 call centre can take and assist with orders at any time.
Yes. Selectable delivery time slots are available for Leicester addresses, the same as everywhere else in the UK. Once you enter the recipient's postcode at checkout, the available dates and time windows for that address are shown before you pay.
You choose the delivery date and, where more than one window is offered for the postcode, the time window that suits best. Deliveries run daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and tracking updates are provided so you and the recipient can follow progress on the day.
If a surprise element is important, or you want the bouquet to land on a particular morning, selecting the slot that fits the occasion at checkout is the most reliable way to get the timing you want.
For a fixed date in Leicester, we recommend ordering at least one full day in advance, and two to three days ahead for peak dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, anniversaries and Christmas, when courier networks across the UK run at full capacity.
Leaving a buffer of one working day reduces the chance of a delay caused by factors outside our control, such as weather, courier backlogs or the recipient being unavailable. It also gives you time to review the pre-dispatch photo and request any last-minute changes to the bouquet before it leaves us.
For same-week planning, the checkout will only show you date options that are still achievable at the moment you look — if a date is available there, we have confirmed it is feasible with our couriers.
We are a florist with our own in-house team, not a marketplace and not an order-forwarding service. Every bouquet travelling to Leicester is designed and hand-tied by our florists in our London workshop, then shipped fresh to the Leicester address through Royal Mail Tracked or a partner courier.
This single-workshop model is deliberate. It lets us control sourcing, quality, styling and photography in one place, so the bouquet you see on the website is the bouquet that arrives — not a local interpretation of it made by an unknown third-party studio.
In return, Leicester customers benefit from consistent pricing, consistent styling and direct accountability: the bouquet is built, photographed and dispatched by the same team that stands behind it, with the same UK-wide delivery options — including same-day — as every other location we serve.
Yes. Every bouquet is cut, conditioned and tied on the day it leaves us, then packaged with a water source or hydration wrap and protective casing so it travels through the courier network in stable condition. Our team only hands the parcel over once it is ready to move, not in advance.
We stand behind freshness with a 5-day guarantee under proper care, and our care instructions are included with every bouquet. In practice, most flowers last 7 days up to 2 weeks if the water is changed regularly, the stems are re-cut and the arrangement is kept away from direct heat and fruit.
If anything arrives looking tired, wilted or damaged in transit, send us photos within 30 days of delivery. We will review the claim within 5 business days and resolve it with a free replacement, a refund of the order amount to your MyFlowers account for future purchases, a partial refund or a refund to your original payment method, whichever is the most appropriate remedy.
Yes. Before each Leicester order is dispatched we photograph the finished bouquet and send the image to you for approval. If you would like any adjustments — a different accent flower, a fuller shape, a tighter colour story — simply reply and our florists will amend the arrangement before it is packed.
This step is built in by default, not an upgrade. The aim is to rule out any mismatch between expectation and reality while there is still time to act, so that the recipient opens the gift you actually intended to send.
To make this work smoothly, please provide a mobile number or email you will be checking on the day of dispatch. If we do not hear back within a short window before the courier cut-off, we will send the bouquet as styled to avoid missing the delivery date.
Yes to both. Every order is anonymous by default — the sender's name is only printed on the greeting card if you personally include it in the card message. The recipient will not see your contact details on the outside of the parcel.
Ordering from outside the UK is fully supported. The checkout accepts international cards and wallets such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and others, and you can place the order from any country for a UK delivery address. Currency is charged in GBP, so your card issuer will apply its standard foreign-exchange rate.
If you want the recipient to stay in the dark about who sent the bouquet, leave the card unsigned or use a short message without your name — we will never disclose the sender to the recipient on your behalf.
For hand-tied bouquets, the courier will normally attempt a neighbour hand-off or leave a "Something for you" card with instructions to collect from the local delivery office or rearrange delivery. The parcel can be held for up to 24 hours at our storage facility if it is returned to us; a second attempt costs £15, and a refund in this scenario is not guaranteed because the bouquet has already been produced and dispatched.
For letterbox bouquets, the parcel is designed to fit through a standard UK letterbox without the recipient being present, which removes this risk entirely. Letterbox is often the safer format when you are not certain the recipient will be home on the delivery date.
To minimise any chance of a missed delivery, double-check the postcode, flat number and any access codes before you order. If the address is uncertain, ask us to contact the recipient discreetly to confirm the details — we can do this for you, without revealing the surprise.
Yes. Each order includes a free greeting card with a message of your choice — add it in the "card text" field at checkout. Additional gifts can be added from our storefront and travel with the bouquet in the same parcel: chocolate, biscuits, a teddy bear, a ceramic vase, candles or balloons, depending on the category and availability.
Typical prices start at around £4.90 for small add-ons and go up from there. Every add-on is listed with its own price on the storefront, and the total, including VAT, is shown before you confirm payment, so there are no surprises.
Please note that some add-on items have their own logistical limits — for example, helium balloons cannot travel on certain courier services. If an add-on is not compatible with a specific Leicester delivery method, our system will flag it at checkout and suggest the closest alternative.
Yes. Our subscription delivers a fresh bouquet to a Leicester address at a frequency you choose — every 14 days or monthly on the main subscription flow, with 7 / 14 / 28-day options referenced in our terms. You pick the size (Small £25, Medium £39, Large £49, Extra Large £59) and the style (Classic Mix, Roses, Mono-bouquet or Seasonal flowers), and delivery is always free on subscription orders.
First-time subscribers pay 50% off the first bouquet, and you can layer a 30% discount on a one-off bouquet by starting a subscription at the same checkout. After that, future billing runs 4 business days before each delivery, which is also the deadline for making changes such as pausing, skipping, rescheduling, changing size, style, frequency or address — all available from your account, the website dashboard or our mobile app. In peak periods like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas the change window extends to 10 days before delivery.
You can cancel the subscription at any time from your account. For promo pricing (30% / 50% / 70% offers) the subscription needs to remain active until the second bouquet has been delivered; after that, you are free to continue, pause or cancel with no further commitment.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna, so you can choose whatever is most convenient. All prices on the site include VAT, and the final amount is displayed before you confirm payment.
Transactions are processed through a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway over HTTPS, and 3D Secure / Strong Customer Authentication is applied where your bank requires it. We do not store full card details on our systems — payment credentials are handled directly by the certified gateway.
If a payment is declined, it is almost always a bank-side check rather than an issue on our end. Try a second method, or contact us so we can help troubleshoot without the order being lost.
Because bouquets are perishable and we start work on your order quickly, full cancellation with a full refund is available within 30 minutes of payment. After that window, assembly and sourcing may already be underway, so cancellation is not always possible.
For non-cancellation changes — delivery date, address, card message, recipient phone number, bouquet styling adjustments — contact us as soon as possible. While the order has not yet been dispatched, most edits can still be accommodated. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, the address and date are locked by the carrier's routing.
To make a change, message us on WhatsApp or email ask@myflowers.delivery with your order reference. The faster we hear from you, the more options we will have to action the request in time.
Let us know straight away — our policy is simple: if the bouquet arrives with issues or disappoints the recipient, we will either replace it for free or refund the order amount to your MyFlowers account for future purchases. This is the promise behind the "She'll LOVE the bouquet, or it's FREE" guarantee shown on the Leicester page.
Claims are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To process a claim we ask for the order reference, delivery details and clear photographic evidence of the issue, so our florists can review what went wrong and improve the process. We will respond to the claim within 5 business days. Refunds to the original payment method are processed within 5–10 business days once approved; refunds to your MyFlowers account are available immediately after approval.
Depending on the case, the remedy may be a full refund, a partial refund, a refund of delivery charges only or a replacement delivery — we will recommend the option that best fixes the situation for you and the recipient.
