Yes, we deliver to all areas of Cardiff and the surrounding postcodes, from the city centre and Cardiff Bay through to Cathays, Roath, Pontcanna, Canton, Llandaff, Whitchurch, Penylan, Grangetown, Splott, Cyncoed and the outer suburbs.
Coverage is determined automatically by the recipient's postcode at checkout, so the available delivery options — dates, time windows and pricing — are confirmed as soon as you enter the address. If a specific postcode sits just beyond our standard zone, the checkout will show you what is and isn't available before you pay, so there are no surprises.
We deliver nationwide across the UK, which means bouquets destined for Cardiff are assembled by our in-house florists and dispatched to arrive in fresh condition. Same-day delivery is available for Cardiff addresses on the same terms as anywhere else in the UK.
Same-day flower delivery to Cardiff is available from 3 hours. Order by 6:00 PM for same-day delivery; next-day and any future delivery date are also available. Deliveries run daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and the exact options for your address appear at checkout once the postcode is entered.
If timing is critical (a birthday, an anniversary, a funeral, or an urgent apology), place the order as early in the day as you can and select the delivery date you need at checkout. Our call centre is open 24/7 and can take and assist with orders at any time, so you can confirm the timing with a person before you pay if you'd prefer.
Letterbox bouquets, which are designed to fit through a standard UK letterbox, are sent via tracked postal delivery and usually arrive the next working day after dispatch. If you need to confirm timing for a specific Cardiff address before ordering, our team is available around the clock via WhatsApp or email.
Delivery to Cardiff is free on most of our bouquets when a standard delivery date is selected — the relevant product cards are marked with free shipping and a £0 delivery line, and the final cost is always confirmed at checkout before payment.
The price on the product page is the price you pay for the bouquet, with VAT already included and delivery covered for eligible dates and methods. Free UK delivery is available on most bouquets, and where a charge does apply it is always shown at checkout before you pay.
A few situations can affect the total. Selecting a specific timed slot, an urgent turnaround or a remote postcode on the outskirts of Cardiff may produce a small delivery supplement, and this is always shown transparently at checkout. Add-ons such as chocolates, balloons, vases or a greeting card are priced separately and appear in the basket alongside the bouquet.
We deliver to Cardiff year-round, including weekends and public holidays, so you can send flowers for a Sunday birthday, a Bank Holiday thank-you, or a Christmas surprise without needing to plan around courier closures.
Deliveries run daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with the latest window ending at 9:00 PM. Order by 6:00 PM for same-day delivery to Cardiff; after that, the earliest available option is next day. You choose the delivery date at checkout, and where a time window is available for the address it is offered there as well.
If the recipient isn't in when the courier arrives, the parcel is usually left with a neighbour, in a safe place, or returned to the local depot for redelivery or collection, depending on the courier's procedures and any instructions you provide at checkout.
Choose a bouquet from the Cardiff page or any of our collections, select the size, colour or style where relevant, and proceed to checkout. Enter the recipient's Cardiff address, pick a delivery date (and time preference where available), add an optional greeting card message, and pay using your preferred method.
If you don't know the recipient's full address — for instance, when sending a surprise to a colleague, a new partner, or a friend you haven't visited yet — place the order with the details you do have and let us know at the notes step. Our support team will contact the recipient on your behalf to confirm a suitable delivery address without revealing that flowers are on the way, so the surprise is preserved.
You can also order through WhatsApp, and a member of the team will guide you through bouquet selection, timing and payment. The mobile app (iOS and Android) supports the same flow with real-time tracking once your order is on its way.
Yes. Before every order leaves our workshop, we photograph the finished arrangement and send the image to you for approval, so you can confirm it matches what you expected from the product page.
If anything looks off — the balance of colours, the shape of the composition, the proportion of a specific flower — let us know and we'll adjust before dispatch. This step is included as standard and doesn't delay delivery in the vast majority of cases, because we build the approval window into our preparation schedule.
Photographs on our site reflect the actual size and style of each bouquet, and dimensions are given in centimetres. The size shown by default is Medium; Compact and Grand are available for rose bouquets, along with four sizes (Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large) on subscription.
By default, all orders are anonymous. The recipient will only see the sender’s name if you include it in the greeting card message. To remain anonymous, leave the signature out.
Our courier partners follow their standard procedures: attempting delivery at the address, leaving the bouquet with a neighbour or in a nominated safe place if this has been agreed, or returning the parcel to the local depot for collection or re-attempt the following working day.
For hand-delivered orders where the recipient isn't available, a bouquet may be held at our facility for up to 24 hours, and a re-attempt can be arranged; repeat delivery in that scenario is charged at £15. Because flowers are perishable, refunds in failed-delivery cases aren't guaranteed, which is why we recommend confirming the recipient will be available on the chosen date.
To reduce the risk of a missed delivery, we'd suggest adding a phone number for the recipient where appropriate, providing clear access notes for flats and gated properties, and, if you're unsure whether anyone will be in, picking a weekend or evening slot where the household is more likely to be home.
Every bouquet is assembled by hand from fresh-cut stems on the day of dispatch, so flowers arrive in Cardiff in peak condition rather than having spent days on a shop shelf. Care instructions are included in the packaging.
With proper care — a clean vase, fresh water every two to three days, a diagonal cut on the stems, and keeping the arrangement away from direct sunlight, radiators and ripening fruit — flowers typically last from seven days up to two weeks, depending on the variety and the indoor conditions. Letterbox arrangements, which travel in bud stage, tend to open fully within 24 to 48 hours of being placed in water.
If the bouquet doesn't look as expected on arrival or fades unusually quickly, reach out with photographs within 30 days and we'll review the case under our freshness commitment.
Your happiness matters to us: if the bouquet arrives with any issues or the recipient is disappointed, we'll either replace it free of charge or refund the order amount to your MyFlowers account for future purchases, depending on the situation.
To open a review, contact us via WhatsApp or email with the order reference and clear photographs of the bouquet. We assess claims within five business days, and eligible remedies include a full refund, a partial refund, a refund of delivery charges only, or a replacement delivery. Monetary refunds to your original payment method are processed within five to ten business days once approved.
Claims for quality issues are accepted for up to 30 days after delivery. The earlier you let us know, the quicker we can act — ideally with photographs taken on the day the flowers arrive.
A perishable order can be cancelled with a full refund within 30 minutes of payment. After that window, hand-assembly typically starts, so cancellation may no longer be possible; however, we'll always check at our end and do what we can.
Non-cancellation changes — updating the delivery date, adjusting the recipient's address, tweaking the card message, or adding a chocolate, balloon or vase — can often be accommodated as long as the bouquet hasn't been dispatched. Contact us as early as possible via WhatsApp or email with your order number, and we'll confirm what's still possible in your specific case.
For subscription orders, changes to the upcoming delivery should be made at least four business days in advance; during peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas this window extends to ten days to account for volume.
Yes. Our flower subscription delivers a fresh bouquet to any eligible Cardiff address on a 14-day or monthly cycle (alternative 7-, 14- and 28-day cadences are also supported), and delivery is always free.
You choose the size — Small (£25), Medium (£39), Large (£49) or Extra Large (£59) — and the style, which can be Classic Mix, Roses, Mono-bouquet (a single flower type selected by our florists) or Seasonal. The subscription is managed through your account or the app, where you can pause, skip, reschedule, cancel, or change the frequency, size, style and delivery address at any time.
A common way to start is the checkout upsell: add a subscription to your current order and receive 30% off the bouquet you're buying now, with the first recurring Medium Classic Mix (£39) arriving 28 days later. Periodic promotions also run at 50% or 70% off the first subscription bouquet; to keep those promotional prices, the subscription must remain active until the second bouquet has been delivered.
Yes. Our website and payment gateway support international senders, so you can place an order from anywhere in the world for delivery to any eligible UK address, Cardiff included.
Prices are charged in pounds sterling and include VAT, and all the standard payment methods are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Payments are securely processed by our PCI DSS-compliant payment providers with 3D Secure authentication, and full card details are never stored on our systems.
If you're ordering from a different time zone and need help aligning the delivery date with a specific UK morning or afternoon, our 24/7 call centre can walk you through it in the moment, so the flowers arrive exactly when you intend.
The Cardiff page gives you access to our full catalogue: occasion collections for anniversaries, birthdays, apologies, new babies, congratulations, friendship, get well, good luck, new homes, retirement, romantic gestures, surprises, thank-yous, thinking-of-you notes, sympathy, Valentine's Day, weddings and funerals, plus Christmas and Mother's Day collections in season.
You can browse by flower type (roses, alstroemeria, gypsophila, carnations, spray roses, lilies, lisianthus, sunflowers, hydrangeas, chamomile, chrysanthemums, germini, iris, peony and more), by colour (red, pink, purple, orange, yellow, white), or by price (Under £30, £30–£60, £60+). Both formats are available: hand-tied bouquets, which arrive ready to place in a vase, and letterbox flowers, designed to fit through a standard UK letterbox for when the recipient may not be home.
Prices start from around £25.90–£29.90 at the entry level and go up to around £60–£70 for larger designer bouquets and custom rose arrangements with 100 stems. If you'd like a recommendation for a specific Cardiff recipient or occasion, message our team with a sense of the relationship, the occasion and your budget, and we'll suggest a short list tailored to it.
Our call centre is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and you can reach us via WhatsApp or by email at ask@myflowers.delivery. The in-app chat in the MyFlowers App is another option once you've downloaded it.
Typical requests we handle from Cardiff customers include help choosing between two bouquets, confirming delivery timing for a specific postcode, arranging a surprise order without the recipient's exact address, updating a delivery date after booking, adding a last-minute greeting card or gift, and checking on the status of a dispatched order.
For order-specific questions please have your order reference to hand — it speeds things up considerably. For anything sensitive (a sympathy or funeral order, for instance), we're happy to take the full conversation over WhatsApp so every detail is confirmed calmly and in one go.
