Check your postcodeFlower delivery across Bristol Bouquets delivered across Bristol — enter your postcode to see the fastest available options, from same-day to next-day, with a photo preview before dispatch and a 7-day freshness guarantee. Areas we cover in Bristol: City Centre, Clifton, Redland, Southville, Bedminster, Stokes Croft, Bishopston, Montpelier, Westbury-on-Trym and Totterdown, plus surrounding neighbourhoods.
We deliver across Bristol and the surrounding area, covering central postcodes such as BS1, BS2, BS3, BS4, BS5, BS6, BS7 and BS8, as well as outer districts including Clifton, Redland, Bedminster, Bishopston, Southville, Horfield, Brislington, Fishponds and Henleaze. Neighbouring locations such as Keynsham, Portishead, Nailsea, Thornbury and Clevedon are also within our serviceable area.
The quickest way to confirm coverage for a specific address is to enter the recipient's full postcode at checkout. Available dates, delivery methods and any applicable fees are displayed automatically based on the postcode.
If you are sending to a non-standard address — for example, a hospital ward, care home, hotel, office reception or university hall — it is worth adding a short access note in the delivery instructions so the driver or courier knows where to hand the bouquet over. Where coverage is limited for a particular postcode, we will flag it at checkout before you pay.
Same-day delivery in Bristol is available for a significant share of orders, but it depends on when the order is placed and on current courier capacity for that day. As a general rule, the earlier the order is confirmed, the higher the chance of same-day dispatch; later cut-offs make next-day more reliable.
Because Bristol sits outside our London-operated hand-to-hand network, we fulfil local orders through Royal Mail Tracked and trusted UK couriers rather than our own drivers. That means a specific hour-long delivery window cannot be guaranteed the way it can in Greater London, and same-day slots are released subject to real logistics availability.
The only definitive answer comes at checkout: once the postcode and preferred date are entered, the system shows whether same-day is still open for that address or whether the nearest available option is next-day. If you need the bouquet to arrive on a specific date, we recommend booking 24–48 hours in advance to lock the slot in.
The majority of bouquets on the Bristol page are marked with free standard shipping, which means the price you see on the product card is the price you pay for the flowers delivered to a Bristol address on a standard timeline. This is the default option for most postcodes and covers Royal Mail Tracked dispatch.
If you select a faster or more specific delivery option — for example, a narrower date slot during a peak period, or a re-delivery after a missed attempt — an additional fee may apply. Any surcharge is always shown transparently before payment, with no hidden add-ons at the end of checkout. All prices on the site are inclusive of VAT.
For reference, our bouquet pricing starts from around £25.90 for compact letterbox compositions, sits in the £27.90–£50.90 range for most hand-tied designs, and goes up to £69.90 and above for larger custom rose bouquets. Gift add-ons such as chocolates, candles or balloons are priced separately and do not change the delivery fee.
For Bristol addresses, orders are typically dispatched to arrive on the date you select at checkout. According to our own operational data, more than 90% of UK-wide deliveries outside London arrive on the designated day, and across all deliveries we track in-time performance at roughly 97–98%.
Because part of our regional logistics relies on Royal Mail Tracked, a small number of parcels may arrive a day later than scheduled — this is the standard limitation of the UK postal network and is clearly set out in our Delivery terms. Timed slots within the day (for example, "before 10 a.m.") are not guaranteed on the Royal Mail leg, although you will still receive tracking updates as the parcel moves through the network.
If you are sending flowers for a date-critical occasion such as a birthday, anniversary or funeral, we advise booking at least one day in advance so the delivery window is comfortably padded. For any concern about timing, our 24/7 support team can check the status of a specific consignment directly.
Freshness is built into the process from the moment the bouquet is assembled. Stems are cut, conditioned and hydrated by our florists before the arrangement is packed in protective wrapping designed for transit, with water sources or hydration gel used where the composition requires it. This allows the flowers to travel safely to Bristol without losing condition in the box.
Under our 7-day freshness guarantee, the flowers should look their best for at least a week from delivery. With proper care — a clean vase, fresh water changed every two to three days, a recut of the stems at an angle, and positioning away from direct sunlight, radiators and ripening fruit — most bouquets hold for 7 to 14 days.
Care instructions are included with every order so the recipient knows what to do as soon as the box is opened. If the bouquet arrives with any quality issue, send us a photo and the order reference and we will put it right, as set out in the section below on quality assurance.
Every bouquet is backed by our quality promise: if the arrangement arrives with any issue or leaves the recipient disappointed, we will either replace it free of charge or refund the order amount to your MyFlowers account for future purchases. That commitment is printed directly on the Bristol page and applies to every order dispatched there.
To open a claim, contact us by email at ask@myflowers.delivery or by phone on +44 20 4577 0088 within 30 days of delivery. Please include the order reference, the delivery address and clear photographs of the bouquet — front, side and any affected stems. The photo step is the quickest way for our quality team to confirm what happened and decide the best remedy.
Claims are reviewed within 5 business days, and once a resolution is agreed, any monetary refund is returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may be a full refund, a partial refund, a refund of delivery charges only, or a replacement delivery. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in addition to this policy.
Yes. Our site and checkout are set up for international senders — you can place an order from anywhere in the world for delivery to a Bristol address, pay in pounds sterling, and use the same payment methods as UK customers, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.
All you need is the recipient's name, full Bristol address with postcode and a contact phone number for the courier. A gift message can be added at no extra cost, and the order stays fully anonymous unless you choose to sign the card yourself.
If you do not have the exact delivery address, we can help. Leave a note at checkout or contact our 24/7 support, and we will reach out to the recipient discreetly to confirm the details before the bouquet is dispatched. This is a routine scenario for us and does not delay the order provided the recipient responds on the day.
Yes. All orders are anonymous by default — the recipient does not see the sender's name unless you include it yourself inside the gift card text. If you prefer the bouquet to arrive as a complete surprise, simply leave the card unsigned or sign it with a nickname only the recipient will recognise.
A greeting card with a personal message is included free of charge with every bouquet. You can add the message at checkout, and we keep the formatting clean and legible — a short line, a quote, a date, or a longer note all work. For sensitive occasions, such as sympathy or apology flowers, our florists are careful to present the card in a tasteful way alongside the arrangement.
If the recipient has not shared their address and you would rather keep the surprise intact, our support team can contact them on your behalf under a neutral pretext — for example, confirming a parcel delivery — without revealing who the flowers are from.
Yes. We operate 365 days a year, including Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays, so Bristol deliveries are possible across the full calendar. Phone, WhatsApp and email support are available 24/7 for any questions before or during the order.
For weekends and major gifting dates — Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter, Christmas and the run-up to New Year — we recommend ordering a few days in advance. These periods carry the highest courier volumes across the country, which tightens available slots and reduces the flexibility for last-minute changes.
Available dates and delivery options for each day are shown live at checkout once the postcode is entered, so you will always see what is genuinely available before confirming the order.
The best safeguard is to share any useful context at checkout: a mobile number for the recipient, a safe place to leave the parcel, a neighbour who can accept it, a concierge or reception point, or a preferred window of the day when someone is home. These notes are passed to the courier and significantly reduce the risk of a missed attempt.
If the first attempt is unsuccessful, the bouquet can be held at our storage for up to 24 hours, after which re-delivery can be arranged for a fee of £15. A refund is not usually available in this scenario, because fresh flowers are a perishable product and cannot be resold. For Royal Mail-handled parcels, the recipient will also be notified of collection or redelivery options through the standard postal service.
If you want to prevent this situation entirely, a letterbox bouquet is the most reliable option — it is sized to fit through a standard UK letterbox, so no signature or presence at home is required.
Yes. The Bristol page features the full Custom Rose Bouquets configurator, where you can choose the number of stems (20, 30, 50 or 100), pick a colour from red, white, pink, hot pink, mix and white-and-red, and select one of three presentation sizes — Compact, Classic or Grand. The configurator updates the price automatically as you adjust the parameters.
Beyond roses, you can browse ready-made hand-tied designs — signature bouquets such as Feelings, Emma, Resonance, Pink Idyll, Strawberry Ice Cream, Charm, Nikky and Sparkle Bouquet — as well as compact letterbox compositions. Filters by flower type, colour, occasion and price range make it easy to narrow the selection.
For a fully bespoke arrangement — a specific palette, a favourite flower, a themed style for a significant occasion — contact us on +44 20 4577 0088 or through WhatsApp. Our florists will put a proposal together, confirm pricing, and send a photo of the finished bouquet for approval before dispatch.
Yes. Once the arrangement is assembled, our florists take a photograph of the actual bouquet and, on request, can share it with you before dispatch. This gives you the chance to approve the final look or ask for small adjustments — for example, a different accent colour, extra greenery or a slight change of proportion — while the bouquet is still in our studio.
To receive the photo, leave a note at checkout or message our support team after placing the order. We will send the image by WhatsApp, email or through the app, whichever is most convenient for you, along with a short confirmation that the bouquet is ready to go.
Please bear in mind that on same-day orders placed close to the cut-off, the window for adjustments is tighter — the earlier the order arrives, the more flexibility we have on the visual side.
Yes. Our flower subscription is available for any Bristol address covered by standard delivery, and it works the same way as in London: you choose the size (Small at £25, Medium at £39, Large at £49 or Extra Large at £59), pick a style (Classic Mix, Roses, Mono-bouquet or Seasonal), and set the frequency — every 14 days or monthly.
Delivery on the subscription is always free, the price is fixed at the moment of sign-up, and you can pause, skip, reschedule or cancel at any time through your account on the site or the MyFlowers App. Future charges for each recurring bouquet are processed 4 days before the scheduled delivery, so the line-up stays transparent.
A promotional discount of 30% off on the first month is offered alongside eligible bouquet purchases, and the standalone subscription page runs a 50%-off welcome offer on the first delivery. To qualify for promotional pricing, the subscription needs to remain active through the second delivery — this protects the first-order discount and is the only contractual condition.
A full-refund cancellation is possible within 30 minutes of payment, as long as assembly has not yet started. To cancel or amend an order inside this window, call +44 20 4577 0088 or message us on WhatsApp — email is also available, but the phone and chat channels are the fastest way to reach a live agent.
After the 30-minute window, cancellation may no longer be possible because the bouquet is likely already in production — cut stems, once conditioned and arranged, cannot be returned to stock. You can still update certain delivery details, such as the date, time slot, address or recipient phone number, as long as the bouquet has not yet been collected by the courier.
For subscription orders, changes should be made at least 4 business days before the next scheduled delivery — and up to 10 days in advance during peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas — to ensure they are applied in time.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. All transactions on the Bristol page are processed through a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway over an HTTPS-encrypted connection, with 3D Secure and Strong Customer Authentication applied where your bank requires it.
We do not store full card details on our servers — sensitive data is handled exclusively by the payment provider, in line with UK and EU standards. All prices on the site are inclusive of VAT, and your receipt is emailed automatically once the payment is confirmed.
If a payment is declined or you see any unexpected charge, contact support on +44 20 4577 0088 and we will help resolve it with the payment provider directly. For privacy matters related to your order, our Data Protection Officer can be reached at marcela@myflowers.co.uk."
