FAQ
When is Father's Day in the UK, and when should I order?

Father's Day in the UK falls on the third Sunday of June, so the date shifts each year. We deliver 365 days a year, but for a fixed occasion we recommend ordering a few days ahead so you can secure your preferred delivery date.

At checkout you choose the recipient's address, the delivery date and, in London, a time slot. We set the available options by postcode, so you'll see exactly what's possible for that address before paying.

If you're cutting it fine, order as early as you can. We send a photo of the finished bouquet before dispatch, which leaves room for small tweaks without risking the delivery date.

Can you deliver on Father's Day, and what does delivery cost?

It depends on the recipient's postcode, which we confirm at checkout. In London we deliver seven days a week, including Sundays, with our own couriers in three-hour slots, with standard same-day from £8 and an urgent next-slot option from £15.

Outside London, orders travel with Royal Mail Tracked and trusted couriers. Same-day there is from £5 but must be ordered before 15:00 and isn't available on Sundays; next-day is also from £5. As Father's Day falls on a Sunday, order ahead for non-London addresses and choose your delivery date early.

Some bouquets show free shipping on the product page, while London same-day fees start from £8. The available options and final total for the address are shown before you pay.

What flowers make a good Father's Day gift?

Bold, fresh and uncomplicated bouquets tend to land best. Bright hand-tied arrangements such as sunflowers, mixed seasonal blooms or a striking rose bouquet suit the occasion well, and our florists build each one by hand.

If your dad won't be home for a courier, a letterbox bouquet is practical: a more compact format made to fit through a standard letterbox. For more impact, a larger hand-tied bouquet, ready to go straight into a vase, is a safe choice.

Not sure what to pick? Reach us on WhatsApp, by phone or email and we'll suggest options, and you can pair the flowers with a card, chocolates or a hamper.

How much do Father's Day flowers cost?

Most of our hand-tied bouquets sit between roughly £25.90 and £60.90, depending on the size, flowers and arrangement. Custom rose bouquets are priced by stem count, starting around £29.90 for 20 roses and rising for larger counts.

Your final price reflects the bouquet you choose, its size, any gifts you add and the delivery option for the address. Every price on our site includes VAT, so there are no hidden extras.

You can also add chocolates from £8.90, a personalised card or a hamper without a big jump in cost. The exact total is always shown before you pay.

Can I add chocolates, a card or another gift to the bouquet?

Yes. Alongside the flowers you can add a personalised greeting card, chocolates, a hamper, candles, a soft toy or balloons, all useful for turning a single bouquet into a fuller Father's Day gift.

You select any add-ons while ordering, and they arrive together with the flowers. As a guide, chocolates start at around £8.90, with other gifts priced individually, so you can shape the order around your budget.

A card with chocolates is a popular Father's Day pairing. The full total, including extras, is shown before you pay.

Where do you deliver, and can I order from abroad?

We deliver to most areas across the UK, with the exception of Northern Ireland. We set delivery options automatically by the recipient's postcode, so you'll see what's available for that specific address as you order.

You can place an order from anywhere in the world for delivery within the UK, as our site and payment system support international orders. We accept PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others) through Shopify Payments. Available cards can vary according to your region and card issuer. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT. That makes us a practical choice if you're abroad and want flowers sent to your dad at home.

Just enter the UK delivery address and your preferred date, and we'll handle the hand-assembly and delivery from there.

Can I see a photo of the bouquet before it's delivered?

Yes. Before we dispatch your order, we send a photo of the actual hand-tied bouquet, so you can see exactly what your dad will receive.

If anything isn't quite right, you can ask us to adjust it before it goes out, so what arrives matches what you had in mind.

Photos on our site reflect the real size of each bouquet, measured in centimetres, with the Medium size usually shown as standard.

How long will the flowers last, and how do I keep them fresh?

With proper care, our flowers typically stay fresh for up to 12 days, and every order includes care instructions. We also back freshness with a 7-day freshness guarantee.

To get the most from the bouquet, trim the stems, use clean water with the flower food provided, keep the vase topped up, and place it out of direct sun and away from heat. Letterbox bouquets often arrive in bud and open out over the following days.

If the flowers don't last as they should, contact us with a photo and your order reference and we'll put it right under our policy.

What happens if my dad isn't home when the courier arrives?

In London, where we deliver hand-to-hand, the courier attempts delivery during your chosen time slot. If no one's available, the order may be held at our depot for 24 hours, and redelivery can be arranged for £15; a refund isn't guaranteed in this case.

To avoid a missed delivery, confirm your dad will be in, or add delivery notes such as a safe place or a neighbour. For letterbox bouquets this rarely arises, as they fit through a standard letterbox.

If plans change, update the delivery details via your account or the app, or contact our support team, available 24/7 by phone, WhatsApp and email.

How do I add a personal message, and will my dad know the flowers are from me?

You add your message through a personalised greeting card, a paid add-on chosen while you order. We print your words and include the card with the bouquet.

By default, every order is anonymous, and your name isn't shown anywhere unless you write it on the card. So if you want your dad to know the flowers are from you, add your name to the message.

Prefer to keep him guessing until he reads the card? That works too. Either way, the only printed message he receives is the one you provide.

What if the flowers arrive damaged or he isn't happy with them?

Contact us and we'll make it right. We accept quality claims for up to 30 days after delivery; to review one, we'll ask for clear photos, your order reference and the delivery details.

We aim to review claims within 5 business days. Depending on the case, the outcome can be a replacement delivery, a full or partial refund, or a refund of the delivery charge; refunds return to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

You can reach us anytime by phone, WhatsApp or email, and sending photos promptly helps us resolve things faster.

Can I set up a flower subscription as an ongoing Father's Day gift?

Yes. As well as a one-off bouquet, you can set up a recurring subscription delivered to your dad every 14 days or monthly, with free delivery on every subscription order.

You choose the size and style, from a classic mix to roses, a mono-bouquet or seasonal flowers, with sizes from Small (£25) to Extra Large (£59). You can pause, skip, reschedule, cancel or change the size, style, frequency and address at any time via your account or the app.

It's a neat way to extend one gift into something he enjoys through the year. To start, pick your options on the subscription page and set the first delivery date.
