Yes. We deliver every day of the year, Valentine's Day included, and you pick your delivery date when you order.
In London, our own drivers handle hand-to-hand delivery in three-hour slots that run through to midnight. Across the rest of the UK we use Royal Mail Tracked and other trusted couriers; most of these orders arrive on the date you select, with a delay of up to one day possible.
Since Valentine's Day is one of our busiest periods, ordering ahead is the surest way to secure your preferred date and slot. We confirm availability for the recipient's postcode at checkout.
You can, as long as the recipient's postcode supports same-day delivery. In London we offer it in three-hour windows, with the latest running from 21:00 to midnight, plus an urgent option for the nearest free slot.
Outside London, same-day delivery applies to orders placed before 15:00 and isn't offered on Sundays. With demand peaking around Valentine's Day, last-minute slots can fill up fast.
At checkout we confirm the exact same-day options for that postcode, so you'll know what's possible before paying.
It depends on the destination, how fast you need it and the delivery method, and many of our bouquets already include free delivery, shown as free shipping on the product.
Where a charge does apply, London same-day delivery starts at £8, with an urgent nearest-slot option at £15. Outside London, same-day delivery (ordered before 15:00) and next-day delivery are £5 each.
We calculate the exact cost from the recipient's postcode and show it at checkout before payment. All prices include VAT.
You can, using our rose configurator: it lets you choose the number of stems, the colour and the arrangement size. Stem counts begin at 20 roses from £29.90, then 30 from £39.90, 50 from £54.90 and 100 from £69.90.
Colours include red, white, pink, hot pink and mixed options such as white-and-red. For the finish, pick Compact, Classic or Grand.
Every rose bouquet is hand-tied and ready to place straight into a vase, and the final price reflects the combination you choose.
Our ready-made bouquets generally start at around £25.90–£29.90 and reach roughly £60.90 for some signature designs, while custom rose bouquets go up to £69.90.
For a more compact gift, our Letterbox of Love is £25.90 and fits through a standard letterbox. Any add-ons, such as chocolates, a card or balloons, are priced separately.
All prices include VAT, and the final total for your chosen bouquet and extras appears at checkout.
Every order is anonymous by default, so your name only appears if you choose to add it to the card message.
You can include a greeting card with your own text at checkout, which suits a Valentine's note whether you want it signed or kept secret. In London, bouquets are handed over in person, so you can pick a slot that protects the surprise.
If you'd rather the recipient knows it's from you, simply add your name or a few words to the card.
You'll see a photo of the actual bouquet before it leaves us. Once our florists have prepared your order, we send that image over for your approval.
If anything isn't quite right, just ask and we'll adjust it before dispatch. This step matters for a gift like a Valentine's surprise, where you want the arrangement to look exactly as you pictured.
The photos on our website reflect real sizes, shown by default at the Medium option, with measurements given in centimetres.
You can add a range of gifts alongside the flowers, including chocolates, balloons, candles, soft toys and a greeting card with a personal message.
To give a sense of pricing, a Milk Tray chocolate box is £8.90, Champagne Truffles are £11.90, a teddy bear is from £14.90 and heart-shaped balloons from £20.90. You add them to the basket at checkout.
These extras are an easy way to make a Valentine's delivery feel more complete, and the combined total shows before you pay.
With proper care, our flowers usually last up to 12 days, and we back them with a 7-day freshness guarantee.
Every order includes care instructions to help the bouquet last as long as possible. If something isn't right, you can raise it with us within 30 days of delivery, with clear photos and your order reference.
Depending on the circumstances, possible outcomes include a replacement delivery or a refund. The easiest first step is to contact us by phone or email.
We deliver to most areas across the UK. The one exception is Northern Ireland, which we don't currently cover.
Delivery options are matched automatically to the recipient's postcode, so as soon as you enter the address at checkout you'll see whether we reach it and which slots are open.
In London we use our own drivers and couriers; elsewhere we rely on Royal Mail Tracked and other trusted UK couriers.
Yes, you can place an order from any country in the world for delivery to someone in the UK.
Our website and payment system support international orders, and you can pay by PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay, along with major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others) through Shopify Payments. The exact cards on offer can depend on your region and card issuer. Every price is shown inclusive of VAT. The delivery address simply needs to fall within our UK coverage, which excludes Northern Ireland.
You'll choose the delivery date and add any card message during checkout, exactly as a UK-based customer would.
If a hand-to-hand delivery can't be completed because no one is in, we can hold the bouquet at our depot for 24 hours.
A repeat delivery attempt is charged at £15, and a refund isn't guaranteed in these cases, so an accurate address and a contact number for the recipient really help.
If timing is a concern, our Letterbox of Love is made to fit through a standard letterbox, which removes the need for anyone to be home.
You can cancel within 30 minutes of payment for a full refund. After that, cancellation may not be possible, as our florists may already have begun preparing your bouquet.
If you need to update delivery details, get in touch as early as you can and we'll do what we can before the order is dispatched. We're reachable by phone, WhatsApp or email around the clock.
Close to a busy date like Valentine's Day, the sooner you contact us, the more options we'll have.
