Yes. Before we dispatch your order, we send you a photo of the actual bouquet our florists have prepared, so you can check it before it leaves us.

If you'd like an adjustment, let us know at that stage and we'll sort it before delivery. The images on our site reflect real sizes, given in centimetres, and usually show the Medium size as standard.

If anything isn't right, contact us within 30 days with clear photos and your order reference. We review claims within 5 business days and, depending on the case, can arrange a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Yes. You can place an order from anywhere in the world for delivery within the UK, and both our website and payment system are set up for international orders. It's a common choice for anyone overseas who wants to mark St George's Day with family or friends back home.
