The flower types can vary within that shade: a white arrangement might combine roses, lisianthus and lilies, all in white tones. Every product card shows the blooms and colour used, so you can see exactly what you're ordering.

Each bouquet is built around a single colour, and whites, reds and pinks are the palettes you'll see most often. Because fresh availability shifts with the season, the exact colour and flowers are always listed on the individual product card.

If you have a particular shade in mind and don't see it here, message us on WhatsApp, by phone or email before ordering. We'll let you know what our florists can prepare in that colour for your chosen delivery date.

Prices in this range typically start from around £25–£30 for our smaller hand-tied bouquets and increase with size and the flowers chosen, with larger or premium designs reaching roughly £60. The exact price is always shown on each product card and includes VAT.

Delivery is costed separately. Many bouquets include free shipping, while London same-day courier slots start from £8 and orders outside London from £5. Your full total, including any delivery fee, is confirmed at checkout once you enter the recipient's postcode.

Same-day delivery is available in many cases, and the cut-off depends on the destination. In London we deliver with our own drivers and couriers across three-hour slots through the day. Outside London, same-day is possible when you order before 3pm, though not on Sundays.

We deliver 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays. Whether same-day applies to your recipient's address is confirmed automatically at checkout once the postcode is entered, alongside the available time slots and any delivery fee.

We deliver to most areas across the UK. Northern Ireland is the exception and isn't currently covered. Within London we use our own drivers and dedicated couriers; elsewhere we rely on Royal Mail Tracked and other trusted UK couriers.

For UK-wide orders outside London, more than 90% arrive on the chosen date, with occasional delays of up to one day. You can also place an order from anywhere in the world for delivery to a UK address, which suits anyone sending flowers home from abroad. The available options are set by the recipient's postcode at checkout.

Not necessarily — monochrome refers to the colour, not the flower. A monochrome bouquet keeps to one shade but can mix several varieties within it, such as white roses, lisianthus and gypsophila together for added depth and texture.

If you'd prefer a single variety in one colour — a bouquet of red roses only, for example — that's a different choice, and our custom rose options let you set the number of stems, colour and size. Each product card in this collection tells you which flowers are included, so the make-up is clear before you order.

Yes. We photograph each bouquet to reflect its real size and colour, with images shot at Medium size by default, so what you see closely matches what we make. Sizes are given in centimetres on the product page.

Before dispatch we send you a photo of the actual bouquet our florists have prepared. If something isn't quite right, you can ask us to adjust it while it's still with us. This step matters most for monochrome orders, where keeping to one clean colour is the whole point.

If a particular bloom isn't available, we substitute it with a flower of equivalent value and quality in the same colour, so the monochrome look stays intact. Where possible, we agree the change with you first.

Fresh stock varies day to day, which is why substitutions occasionally happen with seasonal flowers. The pre-dispatch photo gives you a clear view of the finished bouquet, and you can request adjustments before it leaves us if the result isn't what you expected.

With proper care, our flowers typically stay fresh for up to 12 days, and we include care instructions with every order to help them last. We also stand behind a 7-day freshness guarantee.

If your flowers don't hold up as they should, or you're unhappy with the bouquet, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and clear photos. We review claims within 5 business days and, depending on the case, can arrange a replacement or a refund.

Yes. You can add a greeting card with your own message at checkout, along with extras such as chocolates, a hamper, candles, balloons or a soft toy. These optional add-ons sit alongside the bouquet and arrive together.

By default, all orders are anonymous, so the recipient won't know who sent the flowers unless you add your name to the card message. If you'd like help matching a gift to a particular bouquet, just ask us before you order.
