Our Lilac Bouquets collection gathers arrangements built around lilac, lavender and soft purple tones. The exact flowers vary by design and by what's freshest in our studio, so you'll often find blooms such as lisianthus, alstroemeria and spray roses in those shades, set off with complementary foliage.
Every bouquet's page lists the flowers used and shows a representative photo. Our florists assemble each one by hand in-house, and before dispatch we send you a photo of the finished arrangement so you can confirm it before it leaves us.
If you need a particular flower or a specific shade of purple, check the bouquet description or message our team and we'll point you to the closest match.
Prices in the lilac collection typically start from around £25.90, with most bouquets falling up to roughly £60.90; larger made-to-order rose arrangements can go higher. The figure shown on each bouquet's page is current and inclusive of VAT, so you always see the full cost before checkout.
What you pay depends on the bouquet you choose, its size, and any add-ons such as a card or chocolates. Delivery is charged separately: some bouquets include free shipping, while same-day courier options in London start from £8.
For an exact total, add your chosen bouquet, size and delivery date to the basket — the postcode you enter sets the available delivery options and the final price.
Yes, same-day delivery is available across much of the UK when you order in time. In London we deliver through the day in three-hour slots using our own drivers and couriers, with a hand-to-hand handover; standard same-day delivery is £8 and an urgent slot is £15.
Outside London, same-day delivery is possible when you order before 3pm, and it isn't offered on Sundays; beyond the capital we use Royal Mail Tracked and other trusted UK couriers.
Availability always depends on the recipient's postcode, so the final same-day option and cut-off time are confirmed at checkout once you've entered the address.
We deliver to most areas across the UK, every day of the year — including weekends and bank holidays. The one exception is Northern Ireland, which we don't currently serve.
In London we handle timed, hand-to-hand delivery with our own drivers. Across the rest of mainland Britain we use Royal Mail Tracked and other trusted couriers; around 95% of deliveries arrive on time, and UK-wide orders outside London can occasionally run up to a day later.
You can also order from anywhere in the world for delivery within the UK. To confirm coverage for a specific address, enter the recipient's postcode at checkout and we'll show the available options.
With proper care, our flowers typically stay fresh for up to 12 days, and every order includes care instructions to help them last. We also back freshness with a 7-day freshness guarantee.
To get the most from a lilac bouquet, trim the stems on arrival, use the flower food provided, keep the water clean and topped up, and position the flowers away from direct heat, bright sunlight and ripening fruit.
If they don't last as they should, contact us with your order details and a photo, and we'll put it right under the freshness guarantee.
Lilac and purple bouquets suit a wide range of moments — from birthdays and anniversaries to thank-you gestures, get-well wishes and thinking-of-you messages. Their soft, elegant tones also make them a considered choice for romantic occasions and for sympathy.
If you'd like a design created with a particular event in mind, browse our wider catalogue by occasion and choose one in lilac shades.
If you're unsure what fits, tell us the occasion and your budget and we'll suggest a suitable bouquet from the collection.
Most lilac bouquets are offered in more than one size, with the dimensions listed in centimetres on each product page so you know exactly what you're getting. The image shown usually represents the Medium size.
Sizing varies by design: many bouquets come in a choice of sizes, while our made-to-order rose bouquets use Compact, Classic or Grand. The options available for a given bouquet appear once you select it.
We assemble to the size you choose and send a photo before dispatch, so you can check the scale before it goes out. If you'd like help picking a size for your occasion, just ask.
Yes. Before we dispatch your order, we send you a photo of the actual bouquet our florist has assembled, so you see the finished arrangement rather than only the catalogue image.
If something isn't quite right, you can ask us to make adjustments before it leaves the studio. This step matters most when shades and flower mixes vary with the season, and it keeps the result close to what you ordered.
We share the photo and any updates through the contact details on your order, so it helps to keep an eye on your messages around the dispatch time.
Yes. At checkout you can add a greeting card with your own message, along with extras such as chocolates, hampers, candles, balloons or a soft toy to accompany your lilac bouquet.
Please note that all orders are anonymous by default — your name appears only if you include it in the card message. So if you'd like the recipient to know who sent the flowers, add a signature to your note.
Add-ons are shown with their own prices as you order; choose what you'd like before paying and we'll prepare everything together for delivery.
If a specific flower can't be sourced in time, we may replace it with one of equivalent value and quality, keeping the look and lilac tones of the bouquet as close as possible to the design you chose.
Where a change is meaningful, we'll aim to agree it with you, and the photo we send before dispatch lets you see the final arrangement first. Seasonal availability is the usual reason a substitution is needed.
If a substitution wouldn't suit you, note your preferences when ordering or contact our team, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
You can cancel for a full refund within 30 minutes of placing your order, as flowers are perishable and we start preparing them straight away. After that window, cancellation may not be possible, since assembly may already have begun.
To change the delivery date, the recipient's address or other details, contact us as early as you can and we'll update the order wherever it hasn't yet been prepared or sent.
The quickest way to reach us is by phone or WhatsApp, which run around the clock, seven days a week — have your order reference ready so we can act fast.
Contact us and we'll make it right. We accept quality claims for up to 30 days after delivery; to review one, we'll ask for clear photos of the bouquet, your order reference and the delivery details.
Claims are usually reviewed within 5 business days. Depending on the case, the outcome can be a replacement delivery or a refund — full, partial, or of the delivery charge — with refunds returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Sending photos as soon as possible helps us resolve things quickly, and because we approve every bouquet by photo before dispatch, most issues are caught before it even leaves us.
Yes — alongside one-off orders, we offer a flower subscription delivered every 14 days or monthly, with free delivery every time. Sizes run from Small at £25 to Extra Large at £59, and you choose a style: Classic Mix, Roses, Mono or Seasonal.
The subscription isn't sorted by a single colour, but if you'd like to keep to lilac and purple tones, let us know and we'll reflect that where seasonal stock allows. Everything is managed from your account or our app, including pause, skip, reschedule, change and cancel.
To start, choose a frequency, size and style on our subscription page; changes to an upcoming delivery should be made at least 4 business days beforehand.
We accept PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others) through Shopify Payments. Available cards can vary according to your region and card issuer. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT.
