Yes. You choose the delivery date at checkout, so the bouquet can be set to arrive on the birthday itself, and we deliver every day of the year, including weekends and bank holidays.

Across most of the UK we use Royal Mail Tracked and trusted couriers, and more than 90% of these orders arrive on the chosen date, with any delay normally no more than a day. For a gift this date-sensitive, ordering a day or two ahead gives the most certainty.

The delivery options for the recipient's address are confirmed by postcode at checkout, so you'll see exactly what's possible before you pay.

Most of our bouquets start at around £25.90–£29.90 and rise to roughly £60.90 for larger signature designs. Custom rose bouquets go higher, up to about £69.90 for 100 stems, depending on the size and colour you choose.

All prices include VAT and are shown clearly on each product page before you pay. Adding gifts such as balloons or chocolates, or choosing urgent delivery, changes the final total, which you'll see in full at checkout.

Yes, same-day delivery is available in many areas when you order in time. In London we deliver same-day in three-hour slots through to midnight, including an urgent option for the next available slot.

Outside London, same-day delivery is possible when you order before 15:00, and it isn't available on Sundays; otherwise next-day delivery is the quickest choice. Because availability depends on the recipient's postcode, the exact same-day and timed options appear at checkout once you enter the address.

Yes. You can add a greeting card with your own message during checkout, and we print exactly the text you provide. The card is an optional paid add-on.

All our orders are anonymous by default, so the recipient won't see your name unless you include it in the message. If you want them to know the flowers are from you, simply add your name to the note.

Yes. Alongside the flowers you can add gifts that suit a milestone birthday — balloons, chocolates, champagne truffles, a teddy or a candle, among others.

Each add-on is priced separately and listed individually, so you can build the gift to your budget. You'll choose any extras on the bouquet page or at checkout, and the full total is shown before payment.

Yes, we deliver to most areas across the UK. The one exception is Northern Ireland, which we don't currently cover.

Deliveries are handled by our own drivers and couriers in London, and by Royal Mail Tracked and other trusted couriers elsewhere. Whether a particular address is served, and which delivery speeds are available, is determined automatically by postcode when you place the order.

Yes. You can place an order from any country in the world for delivery to a recipient in the UK, as our site and payment system support international orders.

You enter the recipient's UK address and choose the date as usual, then pay in the normal way — we accept PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay, along with major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others) through Shopify Payments. The cards shown can vary by region and card issuer. All prices are displayed with VAT included. If you'd like help placing the order across time zones, our support team is available 24/7 by email, phone or WhatsApp.

With proper care, our flowers typically last up to 12 days, and every order includes simple care instructions to help them go the distance.

We also back their condition with a 7-day freshness guarantee: if they don't last seven days, we'll make it right. Should anything not be as it should, contact us within 30 days with a clear photo and your order reference, and we'll review it and agree the best resolution, whether that's a replacement or a refund.

Yes. Before dispatch we send you a photo of the actual bouquet our florist has prepared, so you can check it before it goes out.

If you'd like an adjustment at that stage, let us know and we'll sort it where we can. Once the flowers are on their way, you can track the order in real time and you'll receive a confirmation once it's delivered.

If the recipient isn't in, what happens next depends on the delivery method for that address. In many cases the bouquet can be held at our depot for up to 24 hours and sent out again, with a redelivery fee of £15; a refund isn't guaranteed in this situation.

To avoid a missed delivery on the day, it helps to choose an address where someone will be in — a workplace or a neighbour, for instance — and to add any access notes when you order. If you're unsure, our team can suggest the safest option for the date.

You can cancel for a full refund within 30 minutes of payment. After that, cancellation may not be possible, as our florists may already have begun preparing your bouquet.
