Classic Bouquets brings together our timeless, hand-tied designs — elegant arrangements that suit almost any occasion rather than one passing trend. Our florists build each one in-house from fresh, seasonal stems, so the exact varieties can shift with what's at its best.

Prices are shown on each bouquet's product card. Most classic designs currently start from around £28, with larger or more elaborate arrangements reaching about £60, depending on the flowers and size you choose.
The price you see includes VAT. Delivery is costed separately and varies by destination and timing — some bouquets carry free shipping, while London same-day courier options start from £8.

Yes. Almost all of our bouquets, including the classic designs, are hand-tied by our florists and arrive ready to go straight into a vase — no arranging needed, just trim the stems and add fresh water.
The main exception is our letterbox range, which is packed flat to fit through a standard letterbox. That's a separate format and sits outside this collection.
Every order includes care instructions, so the flowers can be kept looking their best for longer.
Often, yes. In London we offer same-day delivery in three-hour slots through the day and into the evening, handled by our own drivers for hand-to-hand delivery. Across the rest of the UK, same-day is available on orders placed before 15:00, except on Sundays.
We deliver 365 days a year, including weekends and bank holidays. The exact options for your recipient's address are set by their postcode and confirmed at checkout.
If timing is tight, order early in the day and choose the urgent slot where it's offered.
We deliver to most areas across the UK. The one exception is Northern Ireland, which we're currently unable to cover.
Availability is set automatically by the recipient's postcode, so the slots and methods shown at checkout reflect what's possible for that exact address. In London we use our own drivers and dedicated couriers; elsewhere we rely on Royal Mail Tracked and other trusted UK couriers.

It depends on where the bouquet is going and how quickly you need it. Many bouquets are marked with free shipping, while timed and urgent options carry a fee.
In London, standard same-day delivery starts from £8, and the urgent next-slot option is £15. Outside London, same-day (ordered before 15:00, excluding Sundays) and next-day delivery are each £5. Letterbox bouquets are sent by post.
Your final delivery charge appears at checkout once the postcode and slot are chosen, so you can see the full total before paying.
Yes. Before we send your order, we photograph the actual hand-tied bouquet and share it with you for approval, so you can check the arrangement matches what you had in mind.
If you'd like a tweak at that point, let us know and we'll adjust it where we can before dispatch. This check is part of how we keep quality consistent on every order.

With proper care, our flowers typically stay fresh for up to 12 days, though this varies by variety and the conditions in the room. A cooler spot away from direct sun, heat and ripening fruit helps them last longer.

Get in touch and we'll make it right. If there's a problem with the quality or condition, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos, your order reference and the delivery details.
We review claims, typically within five working days. Depending on the case, the resolution may be a replacement delivery, a full or partial refund, or a refund of the delivery charge; refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
You can also cancel an order within 30 minutes of paying for a full refund, after which we may already have begun arranging it.
To a degree, yes. Classic designs are ready-made, but since you see an approval photo before dispatch, you can ask us for small adjustments and we'll accommodate them where the available stems allow.
If a particular flower is briefly out of stock, we may substitute it with something of equivalent value and quality, and we'll aim to agree any noticeable change with you first. For a fully built-to-order option, our rose bouquets let you choose the stem count, colour and size.
Add your preferences in the order notes or message our team, and we'll do our best to match them.
Yes. Alongside any classic bouquet you can add a greeting card with your own message, plus extras such as chocolates, hampers, candles, balloons or a soft toy.
Add them at checkout. The card shows whatever text you write — which matters because orders are anonymous by default, so the recipient only learns who sent the flowers if you include your name.
Add-on prices are listed individually, for example chocolates from £8.90, so you can see what each extra costs before you pay.
Yes. You can order from anywhere in the world for delivery to a recipient in the UK — our website and payment system are set up for international orders.
You'll pay with the methods shown at checkout, including PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others) through Shopify Payments, and all prices include VAT. The cards shown can vary by region and card issuer. Delivery options are still determined by the recipient's UK postcode, not your location.

Yes. Our flower subscription delivers a fresh bouquet on the schedule you choose — every 14 days or monthly — and you can select the Classic Mix style for that same timeless look.
You pick the size, from Small at £25 up to Extra Large at £59, and subscription delivery is always free. From your account or the app you can pause, skip, reschedule, change the style, size or address, or cancel.
Changes need to reach us at least four working days before a delivery, with a little more notice around peak dates such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
