  You can place an order directly on our website or app in just a few steps. If you need help, you’re welcome to contact us by email or in the MyFlowers app — our team will happily assist you with choosing a bouquet, placing the order, and arranging delivery.

• How long will the flowers last?
  With proper care, our flowers typically last from 7 days up to 2 weeks. We carefully select fresh, high-quality flowers and include care instructions with every order to help your bouquet stay fresh for as long as possible.
• Can I add a gift card with a personal message?
  Yes. When placing your order on our website, you’ll be offered the option to add a greeting card and write your personal message, which we’ll include with the bouquet.
• Can I place an anonymous order?
  Yes — all orders are anonymous by default. The recipient will only see your name if you choose to include it in the greeting card message.
• Can I order flowers for UK delivery from abroad?
