• How can I place an order?
  You can place an order directly on our website or app in just a few steps. If you need help, you’re welcome to contact us via WhatsApp or email — our team will happily assist you with choosing a bouquet, placing the order, and arranging delivery.
• What delivery areas do you cover?

• Can I place an order if I don’t know the recipient’s address?
  Yes, you can. Simply contact us via WhatsApp or email, and provide the recipient’s contact details. We’ll reach out to them directly to confirm the delivery address, arrange the delivery, and complete your order.
• How long will the flowers last?
  With proper care, our flowers typically last from 7 days up to 2 weeks. We carefully select fresh, high-quality flowers and include care instructions with every order to help your bouquet stay fresh for as long as possible.
• Can I add a gift card with a personal message?
  Yes. When placing your order on our website, you’ll be offered the option to add a greeting card and write your personal message, which we’ll include with the bouquet.
• Can I place an anonymous order?
  Yes — all orders are anonymous by default. The recipient will only see your name if you choose to include it in the greeting card message.
• Can I order flowers for UK delivery from abroad?
