  Absolutely! You can gift a flexible flower subscription by selecting the delivery frequency and bouquet style that best suits your recipient. It’s a thoughtful and ongoing way to brighten their days!
• Can I apply a promo code?
  No. Your subscription includes a discounted bouquet. Promo codes and bonus points cannot be used with the subscription.
• How do I get billed?
  You will be billed automatically according to your chosen delivery schedule — every 1, 2, or 4 weeks. Billing occurs 4 days before each scheduled delivery.
• Can I skip my next flower subscription delivery?
  Yes! If you want to skip your next delivery, simply log into your subscriptions dashboard and choose the skip option. It’s as easy as a click to take a break from your next delivery.
• Can I reschedule my next flower subscription delivery?
  Yes! You can reschedule your delivery date anytime through your subscriptions dashboard. Whether you want it shipped immediately, delayed, or on a specific date, it’s completely flexible to suit your needs.
• Can I edit my delivery address and order note before each subscription delivery?
  Yes! You can update your delivery address and order note anytime through your subscription dashboard. It’s perfect for sending flowers to different people or places for special occasions - all while enjoying the free shipping and savings that come with your subscription.
• How do I change my payment details for my subscription?
  To update your payment details, log into your account and navigate to your subscriptions dashboard. From there, you can easily update your payment information for future deliveries. Be sure to make any changes before your next billing cycle to ensure a smooth transaction.
• How do I change the tier of my subscription?
  If you'd like to upgrade your plan, we'll cancel your original subscription, then ask you to purchase a new plan. Please contact ask@myflowers.delivery and confirm the email that you used to purchase the original subscription. We'll cancel your current subscription right away. Then all you have to do is purchase your new desired plan
• Do I earn rewards for my subscription orders?
  Yes, every subscription order earns you points in our loyalty program. You can redeem these points for discounts on future non-subscription purchases. Check out your rewards balance by logging into your account.
• Is shipping free on subscription orders?
  Shipping is always free on your subscription orders!
• What day will my flower subscription be delivered on?
  Depending on the day you first choose for your flower delivery and cadence, we’ll deliver on that day for all future deliveries. So if you get your flowers delivered on Thursday every 2 weeks, you’ll get another flower delivery two weeks later on a Thursday.
• How do I cancel my subscription?
  You can cancel your subscription anytime through your subscriptions dashboard. Simply log into your account, navigate to your subscription settings, and select Cancel Subscription.
