MyFlowers Club is a members-only service for people who want to send flowers more often. Your first month is free, then membership costs £29.90 a month. Members can use the MyFlowers app to order a featured bouquet for £9.90 with free UK delivery, as often as once a day.

How much will I actually pay?

During your free first month, you pay only £9.90 for each bouquet. After that, membership is £29.90 a month, plus £9.90 for each bouquet you order. Delivery is free, with no service fees or hidden charges.

What do I get with the £29.90 monthly membership?

You get access to the members-only Club catalogue in the MyFlowers app. Every featured bouquet costs £9.90 including UK delivery, and you can order as often as once a day.

Is delivery really free across the UK?

Yes. Delivery is included in the £9.90 bouquet price, with no extra delivery fee. You can send a bouquet to any UK address for any available delivery date.

Is there a limit on how often I can order?

You can place one Club order per day. Apart from that, there is no monthly limit — you can order every day if you like.

Can I send Club bouquets to different people and addresses?

Yes. Each order can be sent to any recipient at any UK address. You do not have to use the same name or address for every order.

How does the free first month work, and when will I be charged £29.90?

Your free month starts when you place your first £9.90 bouquet order on this page. Exactly one month later, you will be charged £29.90 for your next month of membership.

Can I cancel or pause my membership?

Yes. You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee or long-term commitment. You can also pause your membership for one month.

How is my membership activated, and do I need the app?

Your membership is activated automatically after you place your first £9.90 bouquet order on this page. To place future Club orders, download the MyFlowers app and open the members-only Club catalogue.

Will I still be charged if I do not order any bouquets that month?

Yes. The £29.90 membership fee is charged monthly whether you place no orders or order every day. You can pause your membership for one month if needed.

How do I choose a bouquet and delivery date?

The Club catalogue includes a calendar, with one featured bouquet for each available date. Choose a date to order that day’s bouquet, or browse the calendar until you find a bouquet you love.

What will my £9.90 bouquet be like?

You will receive the bouquet shown for your chosen date. Bouquets vary in size from approximately 25 to 45 cm, match the photograph and are sent in letterbox packaging.

Why do Club bouquets cost only £9.90 — what is the catch?

There is no catch. Our membership model allows us to keep bouquet prices close to cost instead of adding the usual retail mark-up. It is designed for people who want to send flowers regularly, not just once or twice a year.

Which delivery dates can I choose?

The app shows available delivery dates up to one month ahead. You can order for next-day delivery or choose a later date from the calendar. Same-day delivery is not available for Club bouquets.

What if my flowers arrive damaged or not fresh?

Please contact our customer care team. We care about the quality of every bouquet and will work with you to put things right.
